The Fleetway Super Sonic badge in Sonic RP: Mobius MegaDrive is tied to a single collectible hidden on one map. There is no quest chain, no boss, and no currency cost. You load into Chemical Plant, climb to a raised cylindrical platform, and walk into a floating red Chaos Emerald. The badge description in-game reads “Find the red emerald,” and it carries a rarity of 4.1% (Insane).

Quick answer: Open Map Selection, pick Chemical Plant, and touch the red Chaos Emerald on top of the tall cylindrical pillar. The badge unlocks the Fleetway Super Sonic morph instantly.

The emerald is not gated behind a character. Any morph works for the climb, and players regularly grab it while using Classic Morphs picks like Mighty the Armadillo. Stardust Speedway looks similar enough that people try it first by mistake, but the emerald does not spawn there.

How to get the red emerald in Chemical Plant

From the lobby, open the Map Selection menu using the MAPS button. Choose Chemical Plant and let the game teleport you in.

Follow the metal walkways over the pink chemical fluid toward the stacked yellow and blue blocks. The route runs along industrial pathways and elevated yellow beams rather than the ground floor.

Climb the yellow ramp and jump across the pipes toward the tall cylindrical pillar. The red Chaos Emerald floats and spins on the circular platform at the top, so it is visible from a distance once you gain height.
Land on the pillar and walk into the emerald. Contact is all that is needed, and the badge award notification appears on screen.

Missing the jump onto the pillar is common, and several attempts are normal. The pipes below the platform act as a safe restart point, so you do not have to redo the whole walkway route.

How to equip the Fleetway Super Sonic morph

Return to the main lobby and walk down the hallway that leads to the Badge Morphs room. Badge-locked morphs sit here rather than in the Classic Morphs area.

Step onto the Fleetway Super Sonic morph pad. A recent update remodeled the character, and the pad carries an UPDATED label.

If you take the standard Sonic morph instead, press Super Form on any map to transform into Fleetway Super Sonic once the badge is owned.

How to confirm the badge unlocked

Three things confirm it worked, and all three happen without any extra input from you.

  • A badge award notification pops up the moment you touch the emerald.
  • The Fleetway Super Sonic pad becomes usable in the Badge Morphs room.
  • The morph shows glowing yellow quills, spiral eyes, and a yellow energy trail while flying.

The remodeled version has its own flying and hovering animations plus lightning effects and a floating idle pose, which is the clearest visual check that you are on the updated morph and not a lookalike. Once equipped, it holds across maps, so you can fly straight from Chemical Plant into Green Hill or Sky Sanctuary without re-selecting anything.
