The Land Where Dreams Come True is the Chapter 2 main story quest that takes you inside Lumenfly Valley’s dreamscape, turns you into a flying Anipod, and ends with a boss fight against the Somniwing queen. Most of the run is traversal rather than combat, so the only part you need to prepare for is the final battle.

Quick answer: Talk to Snowy, touch each dream blossom and collect the three Butterfly Shadows it scatters, follow the Flutternym trail up to Somniwing’s throne, then defeat Lv. 30 Velouria.

How The Land Where Dreams Come True unlocks

There is nothing to trigger manually. The quest is handed to you in the Sea of Flowers the moment the previous main story step wraps up, and it drops you straight into the dream sequence.

  • Finish the preceding main quest, The Land of Dancing Illusions.
  • The quest area is Lumenfly Valley, reached through the Sea of Flowers.
  • Your first objective is “Talk to Snowy” — Snowy is Sunia in disguise.
  • Once the dream starts, you control a butterfly Anipod and fly instead of walking.

Dream blossom route: every objective in order

The dreamscape repeats one loop three times. Touch a blossom, watch a short memory, collect the shadows it scatters, then follow the glowing trail to the next blossom. Each loop lifts you higher through the valley.

Speak to Snowy to begin the dream. A cutscene plays with Helion before the objective marker points you at a large flower ahead.
Fly into the first strange blossom and use the “Touch the strange blossom” prompt. The memory that plays shows Velouria’s Shadow and Irelia’s Shadow talking about Irelia’s evolution into an Irisalis.
Fly through the three Butterfly Shadows the blossom scatters. They are the pale blue butterflies drifting around the flower, and the objective only clears once all three are gathered.

Follow the Flutternym shadows along the light stream. They lead to the second dream blossom, which sits on top of a giant petal. Touch it, watch the memory about Prismana Flows, and collect its three Butterfly Shadows.

Repeat the loop for the third blossom. This memory has Velouria warning that the Vein has dried up, with Irelia offering to reconnect it using her roots. After it ends, the objective switches to “Follow the light path forward”.

The shadow trail keeps moving, so if you lose the next blossom, track the objective marker and climb — the route always continues upward.

The trail itself is made of Flutternym, the Wind-element Aniimo that fills this part of the map. Live ones in the area appear at Lv. 21 and are dex number 28 in the Aniilog.

Activate the Bloom before you reach the throne

There is a Bloom along the upper section of the route, and it is easy to fly past while chasing Butterfly Shadows. Activating it registers a fast travel point for Lumenfly Valley, which saves you a long climb whenever you come back to this area later. Touch it when you pass it rather than promising yourself a return trip.

Reach Somniwing’s throne and wake Velouria

Keep riding the light path until the objective reads “Fly to the Somniwing’s throne.” At the top of the valley you will find a crystal structure with an Activate prompt. Using it plays the cutscene where Velouria, the Somniwing queen, rises out of the giant flower.

Combat starts immediately after that scene, so sort your team out before you interact with the crystal. You leave the butterfly form behind here and fight as your own character alongside your Aniimo.

How to beat Lv. 30 Velouria

Velouria is Level 30, and the fight rewards a team that can break her defenses and then keep damage flowing. Twining into your Aniimo to land break damage works well here, since the window after a break is where most of her health disappears.

Partway through, she summons a hurricane loaded with sleep-inducing scales. The game spells the counterplay out on screen: the edge of the storm is lethal, and the safe zone is the eye at the centre of the arena. Run inward as soon as the warning appears, wait the phase out, then resume attacking until her health bar empties.

Standing anywhere near the outer ring of the hurricane is the fastest way to lose this fight. Treat the circular ground indicator as your only safe footing.

The Land Where Dreams Come True rewards

RewardAmount
Safaris1,200
Credits40,000
Aniimo EXP8,000
Aniipod Mega10
Growth Fruit10
Irisalis Petal2

The Safaris payout is the useful part if you are pushing toward the level requirements that gate the next chapter. The Irisalis Petal is a quest item carrying the power of a Legendary Aniimo, so hold onto both copies rather than treating them as filler.

Confirming the quest is complete

Beating Velouria does not close the quest on its own. A cutscene plays in which Sunia finally wakes from her deep sleep, and then the group returns to the waking world outside Lumenfly Valley, standing in the grass next to Nicole.

Velouria explains there that she linked Sunia’s dream to Irelia’s, and that Irelia passed her color to Sunia during the Bloom Festival. Once that conversation ends, the quest completion screen appears with your rewards listed — that screen is your confirmation.

The next main story quest, Ancient Sacred Fragrance, starts straight afterwards. Talk to Velouria to pick it up, then work through the Elite Training Chapter 2 tasks it asks for.

Before you move on, it is worth doubling back to check the Bloom in Lumenfly Valley is lit and that you caught every Butterfly Shadow you flew past. Both are quick to sort now and awkward to revisit once the story has pulled you toward Beast Fang Ridge.
