Grassland Iris is the regional form of Aniimo No. 011, and Nimbus Fields is where it turns up in bulk. It is a Grass-element DPS with 61 placed spawn points across the region, which makes it one of the easiest early catches in Breezy Plains once you stop wandering and go straight to a known ledge.
Quick answer: Teleport to the Breezy Plains Branch waypoint at -1307, 0927, glide southwest into the grassy ravine, and catch the Iris standing on the ledge beside the small evergreen tree.

Wild spawns rotate, so an empty ledge does not mean the creature has moved permanently. Leave the immediate area and come back, or hop to the next coordinate on the list.

Open the Aniimo menu and check entry No. 011. The Grassland Form has its own slot, and registering it grants a Form Research Bonus of ATK +1.0% along with the form description about Irises collecting tufts of wool on their petals. Releasing a duplicate later returns Growth Bud (3), and reporting one pays Credits (100).
Region progress is tracked separately. Catching the Aniimo listed for Nimbus Fields pushes your regional completion, which pays out a Rare Grassland Egg at 50% and a Trait Fruit at 80%.

Its trait, Disco Aniimo, is the reason terrain matters for this one. While standing on Turf, Damage Amp goes up by 30%. Once a fight starts, every skill hit grants one stack of Dance Power, and hitting several targets at once still only grants one. At 24 stacks, the next skill costs no EP.
Vortex of Petals serves as the primary attack: it places a large petal vortex beneath the target, deals 60 power, costs 20 EP, and has a one-second cooldown. For sustained damage, use Floral Storm; you spin as you move and send out tracking petals, with their count rising to a maximum of three simultaneously. Blooming provides mobility by leaving flowers along the path of its dance.

Evolving Iris into Irisal
Iris evolves into Irisal, but level alone will not do it. Two conditions have to be met together.
- Raise the Iris to Aniimo level 18.
- Defeat the Alpha Irisal to unlock the evolution path.
- Pay the cost of Sprout Stone x1.
