Tubster (Highland Form) does not roam Zephyrus Landbridge like the Chirpi and Pebbling packs that fill the region. It only shows up once you have cleared out the area’s rare eggs, which means two specific pickups tucked inside two caves before the creature will appear at all.

Quick answer: Grab both Incredible Eggs in Zephyrus Landbridge, one deep in Blazing Rock Cavern and one on the upper floor of Sandcastle Hill, then head to the plateau at 0020, 1812 to catch Tubster.

How the Incredible Egg trigger works

Zephyrus Landbridge sits in the Breezy Plains region at a level range of 47–57, and it holds exactly two Incredible Eggs. Picking up the first one does nothing visible. The moment the second one goes into your bag, a banner appears saying that Tubster has appeared in the Russet Highlands to protect rare eggs, and the creature spawns on the high ground where the two areas meet.

The wording of that banner trips people up. It names Russet Highlands, but the spawn point is the elevated rock platform on the border between Russet Highlands and Zephyrus Landbridge, and the catch registers in the Zephyrus Landbridge Anilog. Tubster is listed in both habitats, at levels 45–50 in Russet Highlands and 47–57 here.

Order does not matter. What matters is that both are underground, so plan on a mount for the descent and the wall-breaking, and expect Lavazar and Pebbling packs on the way to the first one.

Incredible Egg #1: Blazing Rock Cavern

Teleport to the waypoint closest to the steaming crater in the west of Zephyrus Landbridge and open the map to line yourself up with the crevice. The entrance is the large opening venting heat, not a walk-in tunnel.

Glide down into the crevice and follow the tunnel forward past the glowing crystals. Wild Pebbling and Lavazar sit along this stretch, and you can roll straight past them rather than fighting.

Smash through the cracked magma walls blocking the passage using a mount, then climb the rocky ledges at the end. The egg sits in a nest beside the yellow crystals on the upper ledge.

Incredible Egg #2: Sandcastle Hill

The second egg is inside the huge sandstone structure the Cozites have built at the edge of the cape, the one that reads as a giant mushroom on the map.

Fast travel to the Courageous Wit waypoint at Sandcastle Hill and head into the cavern opening at the front of the structure. From there the interior branches into short tunnels.

Follow the passage until you reach the rising air stream, then ride it up to 3F. Gliding into the updraft is the only practical way to reach the top floor.
Look for the egg pits near Timid Cozite and check them until you find the one holding the Incredible Egg. Interacting with the right nest collects it and fires the spawn notification immediately.

An Alpha Egg sits on the chimney stack at the very top of the Sandcastle Hill structure, reachable with the updraft on the outside of the building. It is a separate pickup and is not needed for the Tubster spawn.

Tubster (Highland Form) spawn location

Open the map and drop a marker at 0020, 1812, the tall rock plateau on the ridge between Russet Highlands and Zephyrus Landbridge. Teleporting to the Vigilant Eyes waypoint puts you at the base of the climb.

Climb the mountain face and glide across to the plateau summit. Tubster stands on the open rocky top surrounded by Highland Chirpi, with a chest next to it.
Clear or ignore the surrounding mobs, weaken Tubster, and throw an Anipod. An Anipod Mega gives you a better shot if the first throws fail.

You will know it worked when the capture screen shows entry No. 010 and the badge Obtained Through the Hills and Vales unlocks. Open the Zephyrus Landbridge Anilog afterwards and the Tubster row should be filled in, with the creature sitting in your Aniimo inventory. The first registration also pays out Growth Flower x2.

Its kit leans on pull effects, with Water Tornado and Leaf Tornado both dragging enemies to a single point and Resting Whirlwind firing two arcing gusts that explode where they meet. Gale Guard covers the survivability side, granting 20 percent damage reduction while held and a shield worth 10 percent of max HP for 20 seconds once the stance ends. Reporting the creature pays out 100 Credits, and the eggs do not respawn, so the plateau spawn is a one-time trip.
