Jujutsu Zero: How to Get Shattered Cloud and Honoyagi

The level requirement, the Weapons Master duel, the exact material costs, and every skill on both Disaster Grade weapons.

The level requirement, the Weapons Master duel, the exact material costs, and every skill on both Disaster Grade weapons.

Among the four newly added Jujutsu Zero weapons, two bypass summons entirely. The Weapons Master offers crafting recipes for Shattered Cloud and Honoyagi, letting you pay set materials rather than relying on a rate check. Autumn Blade and Celestial Spear are obtained exclusively through the Weapon Banner.

Quick answer: Reach level 7,000, beat the Weapons Master to clear Prove Your Strength, then pay 5 Godspark and 10 Divine Steel per weapon. Both also appear on the Weapon Banner.

Shattered Cloud and Honoyagi obtain methods and costs

WeaponForging questCost per craftOther route
Shattered CloudForge the Playful Cloud5 Godspark, 10 Divine SteelWeapon Banner
HonoyagiForge the Honoyagi5 Godspark, 10 Divine SteelWeapon Banner

The quest title is misleading: Forge the Playful Cloud gives Shattered Cloud, the Disaster Grade dagger version, rather than Playful Cloud. Making both weapons requires 10 Godspark and 20 Divine Steel altogether, though you can gather the materials in stages. Spend 5 Godspark and, for one weapon, 10 Divine Steel first; then farm the same materials again to craft the second.

A character can use each forging exchange only once. That allows one Shattered Cloud and one Honoyagi, and giving either weapon to someone else does not make its exchange available again.

Requirements to unlock the forging quests

  • Level 7,000 to accept any of the Weapons Master’s quests.
  • Prove Your Strength completed, which means defeating the Weapons Master one-on-one.
  • 5 Godspark and 10 Divine Steel in your inventory for each weapon you want to forge.
  • Level 5,000 for Tsurugi Raid on Easy, which is where the materials come from.

Because the raid opens 2,000 levels earlier than the quests do, you can stockpile Godspark and Divine Steel long before you can talk to the Weapons Master. Players sitting between level 5,000 and 7,000 should be farming already.

Beat the Weapons Master in Prove Your Strength

The Weapons Master stands in a fixed spot marked on the in-game map, and he offers all three quests — Prove Your Strength, Forge the Playful Cloud, and Forge the Honoyagi — once you hit the level gate. Talk to him and take the duel first; the two forging exchanges stay locked until it is done.

This battle uses unusual damage rules instead of a standard boss setup. The Weapons Master starts with 6,000 base HP and accepts only base damage, meaning builds that usually hit for millions or billions will not tear through him. Set aside your normal damage expectations and concentrate on finishing the duel.

If your current Sorcery Heavenly Restriction setup lets you open a Domain, use it here. It makes this specific fight easier, which is separate from any wider comparison between the two Heavenly Restriction paths.

Return to the NPC after the win. His dialogue will then list both forging exchanges and their material requirements, which is your confirmation that the quest registered.

Farm Godspark and Divine Steel from Awakening Crates

Awakening Crates provide both materials, and the Tsurugi Raid is where those crates drop. The level requirements are 5,000 for Easy, 7,000 for Normal, and 9,000 for Hard. Run the difficulty you can complete fast and consistently; reliable crates per hour are more valuable than struggling through the highest tier.

Crate contentsDrop chance
Divine Steel1.8%
Godspark0.5%
Chain Breaker (Awakening gear)1.8%
Sovereign (Awakening gear)0.4%

Godspark is the rarer of the two, so expect to finish your Divine Steel target well before the Godspark one. These are displayed percentages, not guarantees, and they do not translate into a fixed number of runs. The same crates also hold Awakening Set gear such as Heavenly Burden, so nothing is wasted while you wait on Godspark.

There is one budgeting trap worth flagging. The Physical Heavenly Restriction tree draws on the same two materials, and the Cursed Storage upgrade asks for 3 Godspark and 25 Divine Steel of its own. Count those separately from your weapon stockpile, or you will spend your forging materials on a node upgrade by accident.

Forge the weapon and confirm it worked

With 5 Godspark and 10 Divine Steel banked, travel back to the Weapons Master and open his dialogue. Both forging options sit alongside the completed Prove Your Strength entry.
Choose Forge the Playful Cloud for Shattered Cloud, or Forge the Honoyagi for Honoyagi. Confirm the exchange and the materials are deducted immediately.
Open your Weapons inventory. The forged weapon appears there at level 1, rank 1, and the forging option you used can no longer be selected on that character. That locked-out option is the clearest sign the craft went through.

Weapon Banner route with Cursed Crystals

Both weapons can also be summoned, which is the only way to pick up extra copies once your forging exchanges are spent. Open the summon menu, use Banner Selection to switch to the Weapon Banner you want, and check that your target is in that pool before rolling. Weapon summons cost Cursed Crystals.

A Honoyagi Special Banner pull uses 150 Cursed Crystals. Ten pulls require 1,500, and 100 pulls require 15,000. Special Grade is guaranteed at 15 pulls and Disaster Grade at 100. These guarantees determine only the grade, not the specific weapon, so review the banner’s current rates before spending. Autumn Blade and Celestial Spear are exclusive to this banner and are non-limited counterparts of Summer Blade and Zenith Spear.

Shattered Cloud and Honoyagi stats compared

WeaponBase statsLevel 100, Rank 5Equipped bonuses
Shattered Cloud+15 ATK, +15% ATK+163.5 ATK, +163% ATK+60 Crit Rate, +240 Crit DMG
Honoyagi+12 ATK, +3% CDR+130.8 ATK, +33% CDR+300% ATK, +300 Crit DMG

Both are Disaster Grade with Toji and Zenin clan synergy, and both require identical materials, so the choice is a playstyle one. Shattered Cloud stacks flat and percentage attack alongside crit rate, which suits a pure damage build. Honoyagi trades some of that raw attack for cooldown reduction that scales to 33% at max rank, plus a fifth skill that buffs your character. Compare them at the same level and rank, since a fresh copy against a maxed one is not a fair read.

Shattered Cloud skills

  • R — Razor Chain: Dash either where you are facing or at the nearest in-range target, then follow with three slashes.
  • F — Shred Step: drags nearby targets inward and hits them with several area slashes.
  • C — Flesh Grinder: closes on the nearest target or pulls it in, followed by repeated stabs.
  • X — Overkill: a cutscene finisher built from multiple slash attacks.

Honoyagi skills

  • R — After Cut: Slash ahead and trigger a Cursed Energy burst for additional damage.
  • F — Steel Tempest: Move forward in the direction you face, or toward the closest target in range, while delivering repeated slashes.
  • C — Returning Blade: pulls a nearby target in, then follows with a run of slashes.
  • X — Final Severance: pulls a target in and detonates damage across a large area.
  • Z — Maculation: a self-buff, and the skill most players forget Honoyagi has.

Playful Cloud is a separate craft from Shattered Cloud

Shattered Cloud being a dagger variant of Playful Cloud does not mean the two share a route. The original weapon is assembled from three Sansetsukon Fragments, crafted at Fountain I, Fountain II, and Fountain III using Cursed Fish, Cursed Tentacles, Cursed Iron, and Heavenly Fragments.

All three fragments are then handed to the Construction Sorcerer, along with 10,000,000 Yen, to produce Playful Cloud itself.

The NPC is located within Tomb of the Star, which you enter via the elevator at Jujutsu High. Access requires passing sealed gates, and every gate has a separate offering; Sealed Gate II requires 1,500 Lumens, 15,000 Yen, plus 1 Cursed Iron.

The blue gate hunt that accompanies it starts with the Lazy Sorcerer back at Jujutsu High, who hands out the quest covering all ten of them.

For most players the efficient plan is simple: start clearing Tsurugi Easy the moment you hit level 5,000, treat Godspark as the bottleneck, and save your Cursed Crystals for Autumn Blade or Celestial Spear rather than the two weapons you can already forge for free.
