Aniimo: How to Get Flamerion in Beast Fang Ridge

Flamerion only appears at night in Beast Fang Ridge, and a 15-Sparki catch streak forces it to spawn for good.

Flamerion is a Fire-element Aniimo with the REGEN role, and it sits at the Nova stage of the Sparki line. It is one of the few Aniimo that never shows up during the day, and it will not wander into view on its own schedule either. You have to give it a reason to appear, and that reason is a long streak of Sparki captures.

Quick answer: Catch 15 Sparkis in a row at night in Beast Fang Ridge. Flamerion spawns in to defend them, and you can then throw an Aniipod. After that it spawns there permanently.

Flamerion location: Beast Fang Ridge at night

The basic form of Flamerion is tied to Beast Fang Ridge, an area inside the Breezy Plains region. Nothing you do in other regions will produce it. Open the map, set your marker on Beast Fang Ridge, and plan the trip around the in-game clock, because Flamerion only comes out at night.

Within that area there are three specific habitat patches, marked as shaded zones on the map. Sparki and Flamerion share all three, so the spot where you build your catch streak is also the spot where Flamerion will turn up.

Find Sparki first: the 15-catch requirement

Sparki is the Lumin-stage Fire Aniimo that Flamerion evolves from, and it is also the bait. Its index entry lists three areas, all of them nighttime-only.

  • Nimbus Fields
  • Beast Fang Ridge
  • Blitzwood

Only Beast Fang Ridge counts for this. The requirement line on Flamerion’s own index page reads “Appears after catching 15 Sparks in a row,” using the shortened name for Sparki, and the streak has to happen inside that area.

How to trigger the Flamerion spawn

Travel to Beast Fang Ridge and wait for nighttime. If it is still daytime when you arrive, rest until night before you touch anything, since neither Sparki nor Flamerion will be out.
Park yourself at one of the three habitat zones and start catching Sparkis. Keep going without breaking the run — you need 15 Sparki captures in a row.
Watch for Flamerion to appear. It spawns in to defend the Sparkis you are hunting, which is your confirmation that the streak registered.
Throw an Aniipod at it. Flamerion is a normal wild catch at that point, so weaken it first if the throw fails.

The streak is a one-time unlock. Once you have completed it, Flamerion keeps spawning at those three habitats on later nights, so you never need to repeat the 15 captures.

Catch rate and how to soften it up

A wild Flamerion has a base catch chance of 19%, so bring a stack of Aniipods rather than a handful. Breaking it raises your odds by ×1.5, and a backstab throw does the same. Flamerion also sleeps at night, so a sleeping target is a realistic setup rather than a rare stroke of luck.

For combat, it takes extra damage from Water and Earth, and it resists Fire, Grass and Ice — bringing another Fire Aniimo to grind it down is the slow way to do this. The Sparkling appearance rolls at 1 in 20,000, so treat it as a bonus, not a goal.

The evolution route from Sparki

If the streak is not working out, you can promote a Sparki instead. Raise one to level 21 and spend three Blaze Stones to evolve it from the Lumin stage into the Nova-stage Flamerion. That path avoids the catch streak entirely, and every Sparki you grabbed while trying for the spawn is a candidate.

Flamerion can also hatch from a Perfect Flamerion Egg or a Perfect REGEN Egg if one comes your way.

The Sea of Flowers variant works differently from the basic, Highland and Forest forms — it cannot be caught in the wild at all. You need a level 21 Sea of Flowers Sparki, and you have to be standing in the Sea of Flowers at night for the evolution to unlock.

Its trait, Blazing Flames, keeps 20 stacks of Fire Debuff on it at all times. Trick Fire Ring adds 4 stacks and Fire Orb adds 3, which matters because Flamerion’s energy recovery is built on top of those stacks.

Trick Fire Ring fires a ring that expands and then closes on the target, and the farther away the target is, the harder it lands — up to 50% extra damage. Phantom Flame Cannon is the ultimate, a jumping fireball throw that explodes on impact for wide-area damage and applies 12 stacks of Fire Debuff.

Phantom Barrage is the recovery tool, slamming every target in range that is carrying Fire Debuff and returning EP for each stack on them. Fire Orb throws an explosive fireball and can be held to aim, and the basic attack is a ranged magic Fire hit.

Once Flamerion is registered, Beast Fang Ridge stays a reliable night stop for more of them, and the Sparkis you farmed along the way double as evolution stock and as Sparki Dewdrop Crystal material for Resonance upgrades later on.
