Lavazar is the Fire/Earth Breaker in Aniimo’s Pebbling line, and it is not a creature you stumble into while walking the surface. Its spawns sit inside a volcanic cave system beneath Zephyrus Landbridge, reached by dropping through a steaming crater. There is a second route that skips the cave entirely, if you already own a Pebbling.
Quick answer: Drop into one of the two geyser craters in Zephyrus Landbridge and follow the tunnels to the magma chamber, where Lavazar spawns at level 47–57. Or evolve a Pebbling at level 38.
Where Lavazar spawns in Zephyrus Landbridge
Zephyrus Landbridge is the only habitat that produces wild Lavazar. It sits in the Breezy Plains region and covers a level band of 46 to 57 across its sections, so bring a team that can survive fights in the high 40s and low 50s. Every Lavazar spawn point is underground, inside the cavern network rather than on the rocky surface above it.
Lavazar sleeps at night. A sleeping target is far easier to line up a first throw on than one that has already noticed you.
Route to the magma chamber
Those Pebbling in the tunnels are worth catching on the way through, since they are the same evolution line and give you a backup route to Lavazar.
Catching Lavazar: Aniipods and capture bonuses
Lavazar is a normal wild catch, so the odds come down to which Aniipod you throw and what state the target is in. Breaking it and throwing from behind each multiply your chance by 1.5, and lowering its HP first raises it further.

Because wild Lavazar sit at level 47 and above, the level caps on the stronger pods matter. Weaken the target properly instead of relying on a guaranteed pod to do the work for you.
Lavazar takes 2.56× damage from Water, so a Water attacker will knock it out rather than soften it. Use Fire, Ice or Lightning to chip it down, since it resists all three.
Roughly 1 in 20,000 wild encounters rolls a Sparkling variant, the rare mutation every species can produce. It is not something to farm for deliberately here, but it is worth noticing before you throw.
Getting Lavazar by evolving Pebbling at level 38
If the cave run is above your current power level, the evolution route is the simpler option. Pebbling is a Lumin stage Earth Breaker, No. 070 in the Aniilog, and it branches at level 38.
- Catch a Pebbling, including the ones in the Zephyrus Landbridge tunnels.
- Raise it to level 38, at which point the evolution becomes available.
- Pebbling can evolve into Lavazar or into Geodeback, so pick the Lavazar branch.
An evolved Lavazar is identical to a caught one. The only real difference is the time spent levelling versus the time spent finding a spawn you can beat.
How to confirm you have Lavazar
Check the Aniilog after the catch or the evolution animation. Lavazar registers as No. 071, a Gamma stage Fire/Earth creature with the BREAK role, and its entry describes a creature that crushes and eats crystals to store heat, leaving red patterns across its body.
Its stat page should read as follows, for a base total of 485.

The skill list is the other confirmation. A registered Lavazar carries Lava Breath, which sprays flames for damage over time and applies Fire Debuff, plus Fiery Punch, a piercing dash that consumes every Fire Debuff stack for 5% Might in extra damage per stack. Its Pyro Charge trait then reapplies a stack to nearby targets every 2 seconds for 10 seconds once enough EP has been spent.
From there, Lavazar can work Fire and Earth jobs back at Homeland, and at level 48 it becomes the doorway to Magmarex, which needs a Blaze Stone, a defeated Alpha Magmarex and a soak in the hot spring pool.
