Alpha Minespine is one of the tougher Alpha creatures to reach in Aniimo, mostly because getting into its lair takes more work than the fight itself. This Earth-type boss waits at the end of a hidden cave known as the Forgotten Mine, buried inside Beast Fang Ridge, and the path there is sealed until you clear a specific map perk and a few environmental obstacles.
Quick answer: Unlock the Earthwake Revelation perk (120 Lumin Amber in the Breezy Plains Branch), then head west from the Beast Fang Ridge Bloom, clear the rocks with an explosive barrel or Head Hammer, burrow through, and beat the boss with Water or Grass Aniimo while jumping over its shockwaves.
Alpha Minespine location and key facts
Alpha Minespine lives inside the Forgotten Mine, a cave tucked into Beast Fang Ridge in the Breezy Plains. The entrance is easy to spot from a distance thanks to the orange amber crystals sprouting around it. Because it is a rock-bound creature, the fight rewards the right elemental picks and punishes the wrong ones.

The cave stays blocked by branches until you reach the 120 Lumin Amber milestone in the Breezy Plains Branch, which grants the Earthwake Revelation perk. Activating it removes the branch obstacles across the region, including the ones sealing the tunnel to Alpha Minespine. Do this before you make the trip, or you will hit a wall partway in.

Best team and type matchup for Alpha Minespine
Because Alpha Minespine is an Earth-type, Water and Grass Aniimo deal the most damage. It resists Electric, Fire, Ice, and Rock, so leave those on the bench. If you are stuck, your starter Holy Aniimo, Helion or Lunara, can also hold their own here.

How to beat Alpha Minespine
The fight is fairly forgiving once you are inside. Alpha Minespine is slow, and most of the time it throws rocks from a distance, swings its tail, or slams into the ground. Stay mobile and keep your damage flowing between attacks.
Its one dangerous move is when it burrows underground and sends out several shockwaves that ripple across the whole arena. Jump over each pulse until the sequence ends to avoid taking damage.
Position yourself behind the boss so you dodge its front-facing rock and tail attacks while you keep dealing damage.
Catch Alpha Minespine after defeating it
Once its health hits zero, Alpha Minespine becomes catchable at a 6% rate, so bring an Aniipod Ultra or better to improve your odds. A successful throw adds it to your collection and confirms the encounter is done. If it slips away, the boss respawns after 20 seconds, and each attempt costs 30 Primegy.
