Speak with Sevren is one of those courier quests that takes 60 seconds if you know the route and five minutes if you don’t. It’s a Horde quest in Tirisfal Glades, it starts with Coleman Farthing near the Agamand Mills, and it ends with a Forsaken official sitting in the back of Brill Town Hall.
Quick answer: Take Devlin’s Remains from Coleman Farthing at 54.6, 29.9, follow the east path down to Brill, and hand them to Magistrate Sevren inside Brill Town Hall at 61.0, 50.6.
Speak with Sevren quest details
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Zone | Tirisfal Glades |
| Side | Horde |
| Start | Coleman Farthing (54.6, 29.9) |
| Turn-in | Magistrate Sevren (61.0, 50.6), Brill |
| Quest item | Devlin’s Remains (provided) |
| Prerequisites | The Mills Overrun, Deaths in the Family |
Farthing hands you the one set of remains he didn’t destroy. Devlin Agamand was among the first to fall to the plague and spent a long stretch as a servant of the Scourge, which is exactly why the Forsaken want what’s left of him. There’s nothing to kill and no objective counter to fill. The remains go in your bag, and the quest is done the moment you deliver them.

Magistrate Sevren gates the early Brill chain, so he won’t dump everything on you at once. The order that matters looks like this:
- Sevren offers The Family Crypt first.
- After that, he offers The Mills Overrun and Deaths in the Family.
- Finish both, and Coleman Farthing will offer Speak with Sevren.
- The quest is sharable with other Horde players on the chain.
In the current retail game, Tirisfal Glades shows a later version of the zone. Zidormi can switch you back to the older phase where this chain lives, and players carrying the quest A Call to Lordaeron may need to abandon it before she’ll offer the swap.

How to confirm the quest completed
Three things happen at once when the turn-in registers. Devlin’s Remains leave your bags, the quest drops out of your log, and Sevren immediately offers the next step in the chain. If the remains are still sitting in your inventory, the dialogue didn’t go through, so speak to him again and click the completion option rather than closing the window.
If you want a hard confirmation in the modern client, run this in chat. It prints true once the quest is flagged complete on your character.

Speak with Sevren rewards
| Version | Experience | Money | Undercity rep |
|---|---|---|---|
| Modern | 80 | 70 copper | +25 |
| Classic | 85 | 51 copper | +10 |
There’s no item choice here, and the payout is deliberately small because this is a handoff rather than a real task. Experience and coin both scale with your character’s level in the modern game, so a level 11 character handing it in sees far less than the listed figure. The Undercity reputation is the only part worth caring about if you’re chasing the faction.
What comes next after Sevren
Sevren’s reaction to the remains sets up the rest of the zone. He knows what Coleman is planning, he’s on board with it, and he tells you to be ready. In the modern version of Tirisfal Glades, the quest that follows is The Grasp Weakens, which rolls into East… Always to the East and eventually At War With The Scarlet Crusade.
Classic runs the chain in a different order. There, Speak with Sevren sits between Deaths in the Family and The Family Crypt, so the follow-up you pick up from him depends entirely on which version you’re playing. Either way, the next objective is handed to you right there on the platform, so grab it before you walk back down the stairs.
