Chapter 7: Zoe The Patient in Silent Hill Townfall (Full Walkthrough)

Chapter 7 drops Zoe into an operating room at the St. Amelia Medical Centre with a patient who is minutes from dying, a doctor barking instructions over an intercom, and a stack of machines that mostly lie to you. It is the longest puzzle chain in Silent Hill: Townfall, and it is entirely deterministic — the readings, dial values, door codes, and pump rates never change.

Quick answer: Report 70/40, pulse 162 and 80% SpO2, open the X-ray room with 7103, unlock the Records Room with 2605, then set pump rates Hydroxalene 7, Tensobromide 8, Dextracyclate 15.

Keep these three tables open and the chapter becomes a delivery run. The game still gates most steps behind finding the relevant note or item first, so you cannot skip ahead by typing a code early — but you will never be stuck guessing.

Reading the patient’s vitals for Dr. Glenn

Several monitors surround the operating table and most of them are broken. A nearby computer holds equipment overviews that tell you which ranges are nonsense, and the correct answer is always the one plausible outlier.

Before anything else, take the St. Amelia Medical Centre map off the surgery wall, next to the X-ray whiteboard. It is the chapter’s first collectible and it labels every room you will be running between later.

Use the wall intercom to the right of the patient to open the line to Dr. Glenn. He asks for a blood pressure figure first.

Check the machine to the patient’s right and report 70 systolic / 40 diastolic. Anything with a systolic value well outside the low 70s belongs to a faulty unit.

For the pulse, use the machine at the foot of the bed and report 162. This is the step that catches people out: the terminal tells you to throw out anything outside 40 to 160 BPM, and the right answer sits just past that ceiling.

For blood oxygen, check the machine on the patient’s left and report an SpO2 of around 80%. Readings under 75% are the discarded ones.

X-ray the skull and chest on the Zeimann console

Once the vitals are logged, Dr. Glenn pages the door code to Zoe’s beeper. The X-ray suite is the control room next door, and it needs two separate exposures with different dial settings.

Open your inventory and read the pager message. It shows 7103, the code for the surgery exit door.

Enter 7103 on the electronic keypad next to the surgery door and head into the control room.

Use the toggle beneath the monitor to power up the computer. Next, go to the Zeimann machine and move its power switch downward so the console comes online.

Set the dials to Site: Skull, kV 3, mA 7, Time 1. Then use the monitor to raise the camera over the patient’s head and zoom until the four corner squares sit on the white markers and the display reads Patient Skull — Aligned.

Press the green X-ray button, then change the dials to Site: Chest, kV 7, mA 3, Time 1.2. Realign the camera on the chest until the green confirmation appears and expose the second film.

Collect the Head and Chest X-Rays from the printer tray, carry them back to surgery, and clip them onto the light box by the intercom to discuss the trauma with Dr. Glenn.

Where to find the three medications

Dr. Glenn now wants 3mg of Hydroxalene, 11mg of Tensobromide, and 2.5mg of Dextracyclate. The building has opened up and infected patients are wandering the corridors, so bring a distraction bottle or the plank that can be found in a side room here.

Tensobromide 11mg — Pharmacy Store, ground floor

Leave surgery, take the first right and follow the corridor left into the Pharmacy Store. The syringe sits inside a green medical case on the counter. One enemy patrols this stretch.

Dextracyclate 2.5mg — Bay 6, Chapman Ward first floor

Go left from surgery into the Chapman Ward ground floor and take the stairs up. Head north to Bay 6 and take the syringe from the tray on the stacked IV infusion stands.

Hydroxalene 3mg — Records Room, ground floor

Before leaving the first floor, step into the office opposite Bay 6 and read the sticky note giving the new record room code. Then go back downstairs, enter 2605 on the Records Room keypad, and open the metal storage cabinet inside for the last syringe.

The code will not register until you have read the note upstairs, so make the office stop part of the trip rather than a detour.

Setting the infusion pumps and starting treatment

Back in the operating room, the laptop holds the Medication Dosage Table and the whiteboard confirms the patient’s weight as 88kg. Those two figures produce the rates below, and the enemies outside will not follow you into this room.

Load Hydroxalene into a pump, key in rate 7, confirm with the checkmark, then press Ready Pump.

Load Dextracyclate into the next pump, set the rate to 15, confirm, and arm it.

Load Tensobromide into the last pump, set the rate to 8, confirm, and arm it.

At the tray table beside the bed, operate the master infusion controller and choose Start. Check that all three pumps show ready; a pump that does not has an incorrect rate or syringe. Stabilising vitals confirms the correct input, after which Dr. Glenn gives you the next task.

Medical Intubation Kit in the Victoria Ward basement

The final stretch is a short round trip to storage and a physical intubation sequence on the patient.

Head toward Reception, to the right of surgery, and into the first room on the right. Use the office phone to dial 5353 for Hospital Storage, which releases the elevator opposite Reception.

Ride the elevator down by pressing B. In the Victoria Ward basement corridor, read the Equipment Cleanup Notice resting on a gurney before you move on.

Work through the storage room and around behind the shelving to pick up the Medical Intubation Kit. A monster roams down here; the radio in the kitchen pulls it away.

Take the elevator back up with the G button, return to the operating room, and interact with the patient. Rotate the controller until the on-screen circle starts pulsing, then hold R2 until it fills white. You repeat that three times to seat the laryngoscope and advance the ET tube.

The telephone keypad in the office just outside surgery works as a save point, which is worth using before the medication run brings enemies into play.

Once the tube is seated, a cutscene takes over and the patient stabilises — the point where Save It For The Patients pops. If the trophy has not appeared, the intubation prompt did not complete, and the sequence can simply be attempted again from the bedside.
