Dice are equippable gear in Race for Eggs that raise your Luck multiplier, which increases the chance of picking up rare eggs during races. Rarer eggs hatch into pets with higher Cash generation rates, so a stronger die feeds directly into faster upgrades and Rebirths. There are 11 Dice in total, and only one of them starts unlocked.
Quick answer: There are 11 Dice. Nine are bought with Cash from the Lucky Shop, and two, the Champion Dice and Immortal Dice, come from reaching level 10 on the Event Pass.

Every Dice, Luck multiplier, and cost
Each die grants a fixed Luck multiplier. The higher the multiplier, the better your odds of collecting high-rarity eggs in a race. Costs climb steeply as the multiplier increases.
| Dice | Luck multiplier | Cost / unlock |
|---|---|---|
| Dice | 1x | Unlocked by default |
| Golden Dice | 2x | 2,500,000 Cash |
| Diamond Dice | 3x | 100,000,000 Cash |
| Emerald Dice | 4x | 5,000,000,000 Cash |
| Ruby Dice | 5x | 125,000,000,000 Cash |
| Galaxy Dice | 6x | 2.5 trillion Cash |
| Rainbow Dice | 7x | 100 trillion Cash |
| Purple Dice | 8x | 10 quadrillion Cash |
| Crystal Dice | 9x | 1 quintillion Cash |
| Champion Dice | 4x | Event Pass, free tier level 10 |
| Immortal Dice | 6x | Event Pass, premium tier level 10 |

Nine of the Dice are stocked in the Lucky Shop and bought with Cash. They run from the default Dice at a 1x multiplier up to the Crystal Dice at 9x. Every step up the ladder only changes the Luck multiplier, so the decision is simply how much Cash you can afford to spend.
The early entries are cheap enough to grab as you build your first pets. The Golden and Diamond Dice cost millions, while the Emerald and Ruby Dice move into the billions. From the Galaxy Dice onward, prices scale into the trillions and beyond, which is why they usually come after several Rebirths have boosted your Cash rate.

The top-end Crystal Dice is the highest Luck multiplier you can buy with Cash, sitting at 9x for 1 quintillion. It is the last purchase in the Lucky Shop progression before the Event Pass Dice become the only remaining upgrades.

Champion Dice and Immortal Dice from the Event Pass
Two Dice are not for sale at all. The Champion Dice and Immortal Dice are earned by leveling up the Event Pass, and both do more than raise Luck. Alongside their multiplier, they apply a passive boost to your Morphs, which no Cash die does.
The Champion Dice boosts Luck by 4x, with your Morphs remaining 125% stronger than your strongest Morphs. It becomes available when you reach level 10 of the free tier on the Event Pass, without a premium purchase.
The Immortal Dice is a premium pick, multiplying Luck by 6 and making your Morphs 150% more powerful than your strongest Morphs. It becomes available when you reach level 10 of the premium tier in the Event Pass.
The Champion and Immortal Dice do not have the highest raw Luck multipliers, but their Morph bonuses power you up directly, which the Cash Dice never do.

Equipping and swapping Dice
You equip and change Dice from the shop menu, and you can swap between any you own freely at no cost. Only the equipped die applies its Luck multiplier, so keep your strongest option active before starting a race. Once a die is unlocked it stays in your inventory, letting you switch back and forth whenever you want.
You will know an upgrade landed when the new die appears in your inventory and shows its Luck multiplier once equipped. From there, run races with the higher multiplier active to improve your chances at the rarer eggs and the stronger pets they hatch into.
