Project Slayers 2: How to Get the Frozen Heart Fast

The Frozen Heart, an Epic item in Project Slayers 2, serves as a summoning key. Pick one up and use it to call the Yeti Demon at White Terror Lair. Since quests do not award it, farming the appropriate chests and visiting the roaming vendor are the quickest ways to stock up.

Quick answer: Open Rare Chests or Sealed Cache T1, T2, and T3, each with a 10% drop chance for a Frozen Heart, or buy one from the Black Marketeer for 10,000 Wen when it appears in stock.

The Frozen Heart is a random chest drop plus one guaranteed shop option. Every chest roll is independent, so opening more eligible chests is the only real way to speed things up. Here are the confirmed sources.

Sealed Caches are worth prioritizing because they can also hand you crafting materials such as Metal Scraps and Silk Thread on the same run. That makes a chest route useful even when the Frozen Heart itself does not drop.

Farm chests and Sealed Caches for the drop

This is the most repeatable method. You clear the guards around a cache, open it, and take the 10% roll. Chests you want are marked by a red circular glow, which makes them easy to spot while travelling.

Load into Ouwland from the play menu. Search chests near your spawn point or over toward Icevale, since bandit and rare chests are scattered across those areas.

Get your bearings once you spawn. A fresh character drops in at Windy Peak inside a safe zone, which is a good staging point before you head out to fight for caches.

Find a Sealed Cache and clear its guards. Caches are frequently defended by Cache Lancers and Lancer Captains, and the cache stays locked until every guard is down.

Open the cache, then look through your inventory. A successful roll gives you the Frozen Heart, listed as an Epic item with this description: “The Yeti’s icy heart, taken from the beast. Bring it back to the berg to stir the ice.” If you come up empty, try the next cache and repeat the process.

Grab caches while you travel rather than making special trips. Because each one is a separate 10% roll, opening more of them across a normal route is faster than camping a single spot.

Buy the Frozen Heart from the Black Marketeer

The Black Marketeer is a roaming vendor with a rotating stock. When a Frozen Heart is listed, you can buy it outright for 10,000 Wen, which skips the drop chance entirely.

The catch is availability. The Frozen Heart is not always in the vendor’s inventory, so treat this as a bonus whenever you cross paths with the trader rather than a reliable primary source. Check the stock each time you find the Black Marketeer and grab one if the Wen is there.

Use the Frozen Heart to summon the Yeti Demon

With a Frozen Heart in your inventory, go to the White Terror Lair to find the Yeti Demon. The cave is concealed behind a waterfall in the map’s Butterfly Estate area.

Travel to Butterfly Estate and head toward the waterfall. Look behind the falling water for the cave entrance, which leads directly into the White Terror Lair.

Approach the frozen Yeti with the Frozen Heart still in your inventory and hold T to interact. The Heart is consumed and the boss fight starts immediately, so heal and ready your abilities before you press it.

The interaction begins combat instantly with no wind-up. Do not hold T until you are actually prepared to fight the Yeti Demon.

You can hold several Frozen Hearts at once, and each one is one summon. Stockpiling three or four before you travel lets you chain multiple Yeti runs in a single visit instead of walking back and forth for every attempt.
