The Noble Belt is the only belt slot item in Aion 2, and it stays with your character for the entire game. You never find a replacement out in the world, so every point of Gear Score the belt contributes later on comes from upgrading this single piece. You unlock it early, then grow it through enhancement and rarity upgrades.

Quick answer: Complete the Level 13 main quest Visions in Smoke to receive the Rare Noble Belt, then enhance it to +10 with Noble Belt Enhance Scrolls from Strongholds and use Substance Morph to climb Rare → Epic → Unique.

Unlock the Noble Belt from Visions in Smoke

Completing Visions in Smoke, the Level 13 main quest gives you the Rare Noble Belt. It begins automatically as you progress through the story. During the quest, you attend Perion’s Funeral; your character collapses, and Asahr takes them into the Dream Crossroad. This event also unlocks the Daevanion Board for the first time.

Because the quest runs automatically, you cannot miss the belt. Once it is in your inventory, equip it and move on. The very next thing to do is start collecting the scrolls that let you grow it.

Get Noble Belt Enhance Scrolls from Strongholds

The belt cannot be enhanced with regular Enhance Stones alone. Each plus level also needs one Noble Belt Enhance Scroll, and the main way to earn these is by clearing Strongholds. Strongholds are one-time camps scattered across the map that you explore and clear for rewards. Many players also pick up extra scrolls from green quests and map question marks along the way.

The game has 30 Strongholds: 15 for Elyos and 15 for Asmodian. First, clear the 15 found on your home map. The other 15 are on the enemy faction’s map, accessible at level 45 when spacetime rifts start appearing around the world and transport you there. Completing all 30 grants every scroll required to upgrade the belt from +0 Rare to +10 Unique.

The first Stronghold is cleared for you as part of a main story quest shortly after you receive the belt, so you will learn the format naturally. Each one takes roughly five to ten minutes solo and rewards two Noble Belt Enhance Scrolls plus 15,000 Kina on completion.

Find Strongholds on the map

Enable the Content filter on your map. This displays question mark icons throughout the world for Sealed Dungeons and Strongholds. Select an icon, then read the map screen’s left-hand column to see its name. If it says Stronghold, choose Travel to have your character Auto-Move there.

You can track your progress in the exploration tab of the map, which lists discovered and undiscovered Strongholds for each region.

Enhance and morph the belt from Rare to Unique

Growth works in a repeating loop. You enhance the belt to +10, which is its maximum level at any rarity, then use Substance Morph to convert it into the next rarity, which resets it to +0 with much higher base stats. You repeat that until it reaches Unique. Each enhancement attempt has a 100% success rate, and each Substance Morph can only be done once per character.

Select the Noble Belt in your inventory and click the Enhance Item icon in its context menu. Each plus level consumes one scroll along with Enhance Stones and Kina.

Keep enhancing until the belt reaches +10. When the Enhance menu shows Reached Max Enhance Level, the Rare tier is done.
Take off the +10 belt and move it into your inventory; Substance Morph can’t detect it while it’s equipped.
Open Substance Morph with Alt + H, go to Gear, choose Noble Belt (Epic), and morph the Rare belt into the Epic version. Success is guaranteed at 100%.
Enhance the Noble Belt (Epic) to +10 the same way, then unequip it into your inventory.
Return to Substance Morph, go to Gear, choose Noble Belt (Unique), and morph the Epic belt into the Unique version.

Enhancing in the Growth section adds flat stats per level. The belt gains 50 HP for every plus level, and from Epic onward it also adds 30 Defense per level on top of that.

Kina and Enhance Stone costs per tier

Pushing from +0 to +10 costs more at each rarity. One source of Enhance Stones is extracting old gear you no longer use. These totals cover reaching +10 on a single tier.

TierItem LevelKina to +10Enhance Stones to +10
Rare13232,0009,280
Epic361,579,00063,060
Unique655,026,000200,980

Across all three tiers you spend one scroll per level, which matches the 30 scrolls earned from all 30 Strongholds. The jump from Epic to Unique is by far the most expensive, so many players focus their Kina and Stones there only after their weapon and amulet are keeping pace.

Noble Belt base stats by rarity

Every Substance Morph resets the belt to +0 but raises its baseline stats sharply. HP more than doubles each step, and Defense and Regeneration appear at the higher tiers.

StatRare (Lv 13)Epic (Lv 36)Unique (Lv 65)
HP1006001,100
Defense—200500
HP Potion Recovery+10%+20%+30%
Regeneration——5%

Confirm the upgrade worked

You know an enhancement landed when the belt’s plus level ticks up and its stats rise in the tooltip. At +10 the Enhance menu displays Reached Max Enhance Level, which is your cue to morph. After a successful Substance Morph, a results popup reads Success and the belt in your inventory shows the new rarity color, dropping back to +0 with the higher base stats listed above. Re-equip it and repeat the enhance loop until the Unique belt sits at +10.

Since the Noble Belt is bound and can never be swapped out, plan your Stronghold runs and spending so you are not sitting on an under-leveled belt as your Gear Score requirements climb. The Revelation Amulet grows the same way, except its scrolls come from Monolith Resonance using Empyrean Traces rather than Strongholds, so it is worth leveling both in parallel.
