The Nine Duty Evolution in FC 27 turns a Silver striker into a usable Ultimate Team attacker across four free upgrade levels. Because it runs through the Training Camp, you never have to play a single match with the card. The catch is picking the right base item, since the overall and pace caps rule out a lot of obvious names.
Quick answer: Use any striker at 74 overall or below with 85 pace or less, no more than 7 PlayStyles, and no CB, CM, or CAM position. Strong picks include Fall, Silas, and Pukki.

Nine Duty Evolution requirements
A card has to meet every one of these conditions before you can enter it. Miss a single cap and the item will not be eligible.
- Overall: maximum 74
- Pace: maximum 85
- PlayStyles: maximum 7
- Position: ST
- Cannot play: CB, CM, or CAM

Each level raises specific attributes up to a fixed target. The final value shown is the number the stat reaches, not the size of the boost.
Level 1
- Overall up to 79
- Agility up to 78
- Dribbling up to 78
- Positioning up to 80
- Free Kick up to 77
- Volleys up to 79
Level 2
- Balance up to 78
- Finishing up to 79
- Penalties up to 81
- Short Passing up to 75
- Composure up to 76
- PlayStyles: Gamechanger, up to 3 total
Level 3
- Acceleration up to 78
- Long Passing up to 75
- Reactions up to 78
- Shot Power up to 79
- Vision up to 75
- Skill Moves up to 3 stars
Level 4
- Ball Control up to 78
- Crossing up to 75
- Curve up to 77
- Long Shots up to 78
- Sprint Speed up to 78
A finished card lands at 79 overall with a second PlayStyle (Gamechanger) and three-star Skill Moves, so the base item’s weak foot and existing PlayStyles matter more than its raw rating.

Best players for the Nine Duty Evolution
These strikers all clear the caps and have the frames that benefit most from the finishing, agility, and acceleration bumps. Silas is the same Mainz 05 card that performs well in other striker evos, which makes him a safe pick if you own him.
- Fall
- Silas
- Kusi-Asare
- Pukki
- Abdelkarim
- Madjo
- Oluwaseyi
- Emersonn
- Grot
- Zeefulk
- N’Guessan
- Scarlett
Check the pace stat before you commit. Several of these names sit close to the 85 cap, and the evolution adds nothing to pace until Level 3 and 4, so you want a base card that is already quick.

How the Training Camp timer works
Because this is a Training Camp evolution, there are no match objectives. Once you enter a card, it gets locked in your club, and each of the four stages takes 6 hours to clear, so the full upgrade is done after a minimum of 24 hours.
You will know it worked when the card shows the 79 overall rating, the Gamechanger PlayStyle, and three-star Skill Moves in your club, with the evolution no longer listed as in progress. Until then, the item stays locked and cannot be sold or used elsewhere.
