Morfa is a Common cooking ingredient in AION 2, used by Asmodian players to brew regeneration teas and prepare higher-level food. It has no effect when used on its own and exists purely as a crafting material you feed into cooking recipes.
Quick answer: Gather Morfa from Novice-grade Vegetable nodes in Altgard, convert Odyle of the same grade into it through Substance Morph, or pick it up as a quest reward. Gathering it requires gathering mastery 1.
Morfa stats and overview
Morfa is a tier 1 gatherable tied to the Asmodian race. You need to be at least level 15 to use it, and it stacks up to 10,000 per slot. Its in-game description simply labels it as a cooking ingredient.

There are three ways to add Morfa to your inventory: gathering it from the field, converting another material into it, or claiming it from quests. Each gathered node and each reward drops the item straight into your cube.
Gather Morfa in Altgard
Morfa comes from Vegetable gathering nodes graded Novice, and you only need gathering mastery 1 to harvest them. Each successful gather yields one Morfa, and the nodes can also drop Poko’s Skin Bundle (Bound) as a bonus material.
Altgard holds the widest spread of these nodes, with 98 Morfa spots across the region. Points with the densest clusters include Nameless Cemetery, Uruthumheim, and Fafnite Deposit.
Your Essence Extraction specialty skills for cooking ingredients speed this up:
- Cooking Ingredient Seeker marks nearby nodes on your minimap.
- Plentiful Harvest can double the amount you pull from a node.
- Cooking Ingredient Appraiser can raise the grade of what you gather.
Morheim also carries 43 Morfa spots, but it ships with the Chapter 1 update that is live in Korea and Taiwan and not in the global version as of October 2026. Global players should farm Altgard.
Convert Odyle through Substance Morph
If you are short on nodes, you can produce Morfa through Substance Morph by converting Odyle of the same grade into it. This gives you a reliable supply without leaving a crafting hub, as long as you have Odyle on hand.
Claim Morfa from quests
Morfa also turns up as a reward from a large number of duty quests, so ordinary leveling in the Asmodian regions will stock up small amounts over time. The gathered and converted routes remain the fastest way to build a large supply.
Cooking recipes that use Morfa
Morfa is a Cooking material. The recipes below consume it, with the required cooking level and the exact quantities needed per craft.
| Recipe | Cooking level | Morfa required | Other ingredients |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | Sugar (Bound) x1 | |
| 25 | 5 | Sugar (Bound) x3 | |
| 60 | 3 | — |
Morfa Tea and its Artisan’s version both increase Natural HP Regen and Natural Stamina Regen for 300 seconds. The base recipe crafts at a 72.9% success rate with a 30% combo chance. Morfa also feeds into Dark Dragon’s Herb Tea, a higher-tier food recipe.
Trade, storage, and selling
The standard Morfa can be traded with other players, including personal trade, which makes it easy to buy or sell on the market if you would rather not farm it yourself. A separate Morfa (Bound) version also exists and cannot be traded.
- Storage: Character, Server, and Legion storage.
- Public and personal trade: allowed for the standard item.
- Sell price: 5 Kina per unit.
Once you gather, convert, or claim it, Morfa lands in your inventory and stacks automatically up to 10,000, ready to be cooked into teas and food whenever your cooking level allows.
