In Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, unlock Portable Guillotine by beheading at least three enemies with one melee weapon. This missable Bronze trophy on PlayStation can be lost because there is no chapter select; once the campaign advances, earlier areas cannot be freely revisited.

Quick answer: Fully repair a bladed melee weapon, weaken three enemies until they glow blue, then finish each one with a head strike using that same blade before it breaks.

What the Portable Guillotine trophy requires

The unlock condition is to behead three or more enemies with one melee weapon. The weapon cannot break between the first and third kill, and the beheadings must all come from the same blade. Your running total carries forward across the campaign, so the three kills do not have to happen back to back in a single room.

On PSN this is currently a Very Rare trophy, held by a small fraction of players. The difficulty is not the combat itself but the low durability of melee weapons, which is why keeping the blade intact matters more than anything else.

Where to get the beheadings early

Two points in the opening act give you clean opportunities, and both appear before the trophy can be permanently missed.

  • Ghosts of Reykjavik: The game introduces three skinned humanoid enemies in the rusty corridors during this starting phase. Hitting all three with the same melee weapon fulfills the requirement here.
  • First Unworthy encounters: Shortly before you meet the merchant Zora, the zombie-like Unworthies appear. They are tougher than ordinary Cultists and glow blue once weakened, which lets you behead them.

Save a repair kit for this. Purchasing the Basic Repair Kit recipe from Zora’s first shop for 120 coins lets you craft repairs and keep a single blade in good condition through all three kills.

How to behead three enemies in Ghosts of Reykjavik

Begin in the poorly lit corridor beside the exit door, then pass the blood-smeared door bearing “ANGELS WILL FALL.” Keep the puzzle box in your left hand and the saw-edged melee blade equipped in your right.
Enter the hallway, where the first skinned creature drops down and crawls toward you. Slash it repeatedly with the blade until it glows blue, then trigger the Banish finish to behead it.

Wait for the blue glow before committing to the kill. Once the Banish prompt appears, finish the enemy with chains for the first beheading without ever swapping weapons.

Turn to face the second enemy charging in through the exit doorway. Attack it with the same saw blade, weaken it to the blue state, and Banish it for your second kill.

Advance through the dark corridors, past the storage shelves and barrels, and descend the catwalk stairs into the lower feeding chamber.

Engage the third creature feeding in the chamber. Slash it with the same blade, break free if it grapples you, and land the decapitating Banish to complete the trophy.

Save-reload method to beat weapon durability

Melee weapons wear out quickly, so a blade can break before you reach the third kill. Because your beheading count carries forward even after loading an older save, you can split the three kills across reloads.

Reach the first Merchant section and make a manual save. The next area contains the Unworthies, and you will have the Genesis Configuration on you by this point.
Weaken an Unworthy until it flashes blue, then behead it. Kill one or two enemies with the blade right up until the weapon is about to break.
Reload your last save and return to the same enemies with the same melee weapon restored. Behead one or two more to push the total to three, and the trophy pops.

When an Unworthy starts flashing blue, pressing the interact action near it triggers an instant beheading with Leviathan’s box. That quick kill works only on the Unworthies.

How to confirm the trophy unlocked

Portable Guillotine unlocks the instant the third beheading lands with the same blade intact. You will see the standard trophy notification on screen. If it does not appear after the third kill, your blade likely broke and reset the count, in which case repair or re-equip the same weapon and secure three clean beheadings again before the campaign carries you out of the area.
