The Flying Dutchman is not the same ship that brought you to Caustic Hollow. It contains the shop where you can buy the event masks.
Since each event mask offers different bonuses, make sure you have the required amount of Treats to buy the one you want. For instance, The Blobfish Mask offers +50% bonuses to Relic and Plush Nessie chances, while the Zombie Nessie Mask offers bonuses to Treats, Relics, and Plush Nessie.
