Frizzy Goat Milk comes only from a tamed Frizzy Goat. Tame one at the Albaneve Summits goat farms with Goat Food Bait, then keep it at your base with a Goat Feeder and a Farm Animal Pillow.
Quick answer: Craft Goat Food Bait at the Farmer, sneak up to a Frizzy Goat at Wickmouth Goat Farm, then throw bait and pet it while it eats until you can pick it up.
Frizzy Goat Milk is a common food item that stacks to 100. The item text reads “A delicious jug of Frizzy Goat milk. Drinking it will grant you stamina and stamina regeneration.” Its in-game hint reads “Albaneve Summits, Tamed Frizzy Goat”. Drinking a jug gives you the Liquid food buff, which raises your maximum stamina for 600 seconds.
Where to find a Frizzy Goat
Wild Frizzy Goats live in the Albaneve Summits, with about 116 spawn spots across the region. You need an adult. The game describes the Frizzy Goat as “A mature Frizzy Goat that can provide milk.” The Baby Frizzy Goat is “An adorable little Frizzy Goat. Its hair gets easily tangled, but it doesn’t seem to mind.”

How to tame a Frizzy Goat
You tame goats during the Farmer quest “Animal Farming”. Common Goats and Frizzy Goats require identical supplies, which means bait prepared for either kind will work for both.
The quest step is called “Find, Feed And Tame A Goat”, and it sums up the process this way: “To tame an animal, you must approach it carefully. Sneak to avoid alerting the animal. Select the food bait and throw it close to the animal to gain its attention. Wait for the goat to eat, and try to pet it while it is feeding to establish a bond. You will need to be close to pet the animal. Repeat the process until the animal begins to trust you. Once it is comfortable, you can pick it up.”
Keeping a Frizzy Goat at your base for milk
Carry the goat home and place it in your base. The quest warns, “Your farming animal will roam around, so consider building an enclosure!” Build these at the Farmer:

Tamed Frizzy Goats can also breed. The quest text reads “If you have 2 happy animals close to each other and an extra spare bed, the animals can reproduce.”

Two of the Kitchen dishes help in the cold. Beef Stew “Increases your resistance against extreme cold and improves your health and health regeneration.” Pumpkin Soup notes, “It will also keep you warm.”
The Butter Churn is crafted at the Farmer from 10 Wood Planks, 5 Lump of Clay and 5 Metal Sheets. Its text reads “With this butter churn, you can make your own fresh butter and buttermilk at home.” The Butter it makes goes into Shortcrust Pastry Base at the Oven.
Frizzy Goat Milk vs. Milk and Fae Deer Milk
The game has three milk types, though recipes do not all allow substitutions. Any of the three works for Butter, Buttermilk and Latte; all remaining recipes specify a particular milk.
- Frizzy Goat Milk comes from a tamed Frizzy Goat. Strawberry Milkshake, Beef Stew, Pumpkin Soup and Creamy Mushroom Spaetzle require it.
- Milk comes from a tamed Common Goat (hint “Springlands, Tamed Goat”). Crab Cakes, Fish Chowder, the Antidote and Fae Deer Food Bait require it.
- Uncooked Fae Deer Milk comes from a tamed Fae Deer (hint “Revelwood, Tamed Fae Deer”). The text warns, “It has to be cooked to be consumed safely.”
To cook the deer milk, combine 4 Uncooked Fae Deer Milk and 1 Honey at the Cooking Station to make 5 Cooked Fae Deer Milk. For the four Kitchen dishes above, though, only Frizzy Goat Milk works, so a tamed Frizzy Goat at your base is the only way to cook them.
