All eight Flame Mosaic pieces in Enshrouded 1.0 are in and around Everfrore Keep in the Albaneve Summits.
Quick answer: Collect 8 pieces around Everfrore Keep for 150 XP, then build the Flame Mosaic Showcase at the Carpenter from 20 Granite.
| Piece | From the Everfrore Keep marker | Height vs. marker |
|---|---|---|
| Flame Mosaic Piece I | About 185 m south | About 20 m higher |
| Flame Mosaic Piece II | About 220 m south (about 40 m north of the Everfrore Keep Balefire) | About 65 m lower |
| Flame Mosaic Piece III | About 120 m south-east | About 70 m lower |
| Flame Mosaic Piece IV | About 50 m north-east | About 40 m higher |
| Flame Mosaic Piece V | About 70 m south | About 55 m lower |
| Flame Mosaic Piece VI | About 40 m south-west | About 55 m lower |
| Flame Mosaic Piece VII | About 40 m south | About 10 m lower |
| Flame Mosaic Piece VIII | About 75 m north-west | About 10 m higher |
Several pieces sit well above or below the town marker, so the height column matters as much as the distance. Piece I lies on a skeleton; the other seven lie on their own as pickups.

All eight pieces, the What I Leave Behind note and the Return Beacon are on our interactive Enshrouded map.
Everfrore Keep: Where the Flame Mosaic hunt starts
Everfrore Keep holds the final of the eight Balefires needed for the Fell Dragon Youngling quest, Slaying The Corrupted Beast. The journal says Howling Peak is best reached by passing through Everfrore Keep.

At a lower elevation, roughly 65 m to the south-east of the Everfrore Keep marker, you’ll find a Return Beacon.

The lore note What I Leave Behind lies about 17 m west of the Everfrore Keep map marker. The journal files it under “Flame Mosaic” in the Albaneve Summits. It is a dying parent’s last wishes, and it explains why the mosaic is scattered in the first place.
Out of all my 7 children, none came to my deathbed
Out of spite, the writer orders the artwork broken up: “the piece will be torn apart and divided by 8. The pieces will be shared among my 7 children, thus rendering the priceless artwork useless.” Eight pieces and seven children leaves one shard over, and the note says where it went: “Finally, I wish to be buried with the final piece, atop the hill near the low end of the fort. Let the earth embrace me the way my children never would.”
That final piece is Flame Mosaic Piece I. Head about 185 m south of the Everfrore Keep marker and climb to the higher ground there, about 20 m above the marker. The piece lies on a skeleton, about 80 m north-west of the Everfrore Keep Balefire.

How to make the Flame Mosaic Showcase
Each piece’s item text spells out the endgame: “A small part of a shattered Flame mosaic. Perhaps you can piece it together if you find all the shards!” It adds that the pieces “can be reassembled into a mosaic inside a Flame Mosaic Frame. The Frame must be placed on the ground.” The item you craft for this is the Flame Mosaic Showcase, described in game as “A useful frame that can hold the pieces of a Flame mosaic. It must be placed on the ground.”

Flame Mosaic set reward
Finding all eight shards marks the Flame Mosaic set complete in the journal’s Collections section and grants 150 XP.
What else is in Everfrore Keep
Everfrore Keep has about 15 wooden and silver chests (level 32), and a gold chest about 95 m north of the marker. Its lore notes include “Everfrore Keep’s Public Citizen’s Request Board”, “We’re On Break”, “Follow-up On The Request For Recruit Names”, “There’s Too Much Paperwork!” and “Mountain’s Cradle”. A Flame Shrine stands about 370 m north-east and another about 380 m south. The Fell Dragon Youngling fight that the Balefires lead to is in our Fell Dragon Youngling guide, and every collection in Embervale is in all collectible locations.
