Reinforced Bowstring has one job. It Soul Tempers the Feather Bow and nothing else. To do it, bring the following:

- One Reinforced Bowstring
- 5,000 Remnant Dust
To upgrade the bow, find Myst in the Order’s tavern beneath Pangzhen and Soul Temper it. The process uses up both the Remnant Dust and the Reinforced Bowstring.
Once tempered, the Feather Bow gains the Precision Shot upgrade. Its effect reads: “While charging, Soul’s hand briefly glows. Release Phantom Edges with precise timing as it glows to greatly increase the shot’s damage and Sha-Chi depletion.”
