Quick answer: Head to any Lóng Pillar. The first four Bloodline Awakening trials are duels with The Gold-Masked One, at whichever pillars you pick. The fifth trial is Mó Yuan.
Where The Gold-Masked One appears
Trial numbers follow the order you complete them, not the pillar you use. Your first pillar is trial 1, your second is trial 2, and so on up to 5. Since the pillars can be done in any order, you can start with whichever one is closest to where you are.
Each pillar has a bell close by, so you can fast travel and walk the rest of the way. The distance column shows how far the pillar is from that bell. A full breakdown of each spot sits on the Lóng Pillar locations page.

At Weeping Creek Valley, you can also use the Lóng Pillar Overlook bell, roughly 165 m away. Meigu Lake holds two of the pillars.
Lóng Pillar trial rewards
Each of the five wins gives its own reward. The item effects and descriptions read as follows in the game.

The third and fourth rewards come from duels with The Gold-Masked One. The Bastion of Mó Mask comes from the fifth duel, which is a different opponent.
Fifth trial: Mó Yuan and Bloodline Awakening
After four duels with The Gold-Masked One, your fifth pillar puts you against Mó Yuan, Leader of the Bastion of Mó. Winning that duel completes Bloodline Awakening and unlocks the achievement “Phantom and Blade”. The achievement popping is your confirmation that all five trials are done.
