In Survive Your Ideas, one player at a time becomes the writer. Whatever word they type spawns into a shared island arena as a disaster, a creature, a weapon drop or a power-up, and the last player alive wins. Meta Words are slash-style words that bend that system. Each one is bought once, owned permanently, and can be used once per match.

Quick answer: There are four Meta Words, sold as Robux game passes: /god (R$199), /chaos (R$399), /reset (R$499) and /admin (R$789). A separate 2 Words pass costs R$179.

Survive Your Ideas Meta Words and prices

Every Meta Word is a permanent purchase, so you pay once and keep it. The once-per-match limit applies to all four. That limit shapes how you play them, because burning one early leaves you without it for the rest of the round.

/god fits players who want to stack hazards fast. For 30 seconds your words skip the usual wait and land immediately. /chaos drops ten random words into the arena at the same time. You do not choose them, so it can hurt you as much as anyone else. /reset wipes the world and heals every player. That makes it a recovery tool when the island is buried in fire, water and monsters, though your rivals recover too. /admin is the most expensive. It gives you admin commands from the moment you use it until the match ends.

2 Words is not a Meta Word, but it works with the same writer system. Every time the game picks you, you submit two words and both come to life. Buying all five passes costs R$2,065 in total. The game itself is free.

All five passes are sold from the game’s Roblox page, which is also where you launch a match.

How the writer is chosen each turn

Meta Words and the 2 Words pass only matter while you hold the pen, so it helps to know how the pen moves. A match starts on a flat green island. A roulette at the top of the screen flicks through usernames, shown as “Choosing:” followed by a name, until it lands on one player. Usernames can be misleading here. A player literally named “god” gets picked just like anyone else, and that has nothing to do with the /god Meta Word.

The writer roulette cycles through usernames, here landing on a player named god.

Once a writer is locked in, everyone else sees a status line reading “[name] is writing …” along with the letters as they are typed. The word only takes effect after the writer submits it. That gives you a few seconds to guess where the threat is heading before it appears.

Every word passes through the Roblox chat filter. If the filter catches it, the text turns into hashes (“######”). The game then shows “Blocked by the filter. Rolling a new writer!” and gives the turn to someone else. A filtered word produces no effect and costs that player their turn.

After each word resolves, a “Next writer in” countdown starts the next roulette. The cycle repeats for the whole match, so hazards keep piling on top of one another.

Writing your word when the game picks you

Watch for the “Your turn to write!” banner. A short countdown runs beside it, and a yellow circular Write button appears in the middle of the screen. If the clock runs out, you lose the turn, so move quickly.

Press the Write button or hit Enter to open the text box. Everyone else now sees your name next to “is writing …” and can watch your letters appear.
Type one word and press Send. Capitalization does not matter, because a lowercase “zombie” is read as ZOMBIE. Close misspellings still tend to work. “ALLIENS” summoned aliens, “SWORDFIGHT” became a melee drop, and “DOREMON” became the red light robot.
Check the confirmation. A headline reading “[your name] wrote [WORD]” appears, followed by a one-line warning that tells everyone how to survive it. A “+1 word” popup confirms your entry was logged.

After ZOMBIE is submitted, the warning tells players to keep moving or climb.

You can be picked more than once in the same match. The prompt may say “Write next!” or “Write again!” when your name comes up, and the second turn works exactly like the first.

A word the game cannot match to anything still uses up the turn. It shows “??? Nobody knows… not even the game.” and nothing dangerous spawns.

What common words do once they land

Meta Words like /chaos pull from the same pool of words that writers type by hand, so knowing what the regular words do tells you what you are signing up for. The on-screen warning always tells you how to respond. The words below fall into three groups.

Hazards you escape by climbing

TSUNAMI pulls the sea back and orders you to high ground. Blue and red towers with ladders rise across the island, and a “GET HIGHER” alert points you toward them. If the wave catches you, you are washed into the water and a breath countdown starts. You need to swim and climb back up before it runs out.

SHARK or SHARKS sends fins circling through the grass, and they bite anyone at ground level. ZOMBIE pulls the dead out of the soil. Both warnings give the same advice, which is to keep moving or get up high. The towers are useful long after the tsunami has passed.

Hazards you walk or run away from

DOMAIN forms a dark dome and cuts down anyone caught within it; leaving is the sole way to avoid it. ADMIN sends a massive black hammer plunging down, breaking blocks beneath its shadow, so move clear of the shaded area. FIRE ignites the grass in a wildfire that advances one tile at a time, and its warning directs you to reach the sand.

MONSTER spawns an antlered beast that tracks running players, so moving quietly beats sprinting. GHOST haunts the arena and hurts anyone it touches. ALLIENS brings a saucer with a green beam you need to stay out of. VAMPIRE raises a vampire from a coffin, and you should run when he laughs.

DOREMON turns into a red light robot. When it turns around and the screen reads “RED LIGHT: DON’T MOVE!”, any movement draws laser fire. FREEZE coats the island in ice, so watch your footing near the edges.

Drops and power-ups that help you

MELEE and SWORDFIGHT both turn into a melee drop. A plane releases a crate marked by red smoke, and the first player to reach it gets the weapon. These crates can land on top of a tower, so you may have to climb for them.

FLY gives every living player white wings and a halo. Tap jump to flap and hold it to glide. That lets you reach towers and drops without using ladders.

Some words are purely visual. MATRIX turns the island into a dark grid with falling green code, and typing your own username just triggers a joke announcement. Both still use up a turn.

Final 3: the writer shield stops working

For most of a match, the writer is shielded from other players. Once only three players remain, the game announces “Final 3!” and the writer shield no longer protects against other players. From that point on, holding the pen does not keep you safe from the players around you.

That is when the order you use your Meta Words matters most. /reset heals everyone, including the two players you are trying to outlast. /god and /chaos can end things quickly, but only if you are standing somewhere safe when the words land.

If the “Write next!” button appears while someone else is still typing, you are in line for the following turn. That is your cue to decide which word to use, or which Meta Word, before the banner and its countdown arrive.
