Version 3.4 of Wuthering Waves, titled “The Dream Not Dreamed,” is live as of June 8, 2026, and it pulls the game into Night City. The headline addition is the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration, which brings playable Resonators Lucy and Rebecca, a new dreamscape area, a fresh boss, and a multi-week event lineup. A separate new 5-star, Lucilla, the President of Startorch Academy, arrives a few days later alongside her own story.
Quick answer: Update the game and you can pull Lucy and Rebecca from the collab Convene now. You also get one copy of Rebecca for free through the Instant Flashlight login event. Lucilla and her rerun partner Cartethyia open later in the same patch cycle.
Wuthering Waves 3.4 collab Resonators and banner schedule
The collaboration banner runs as a single convene for the full patch, while the standard featured banners rotate in phases. Lucy and Rebecca debut at launch, Lucilla follows on June 13, and Aero swordswoman Cartethyia returns as a rerun on June 18. Every limited banner closes on July 9.
| Resonator | Element / Weapon | Banner window |
|---|---|---|
| Lucy (new collab) | Spectro / Pistols | June 8 – July 9 |
| Rebecca (new collab, free copy) | Electro / Pistols | June 8 – July 9 |
| Lucilla (new) | Glacio / Rectifier | June 13 – July 9 |
| Cartethyia (rerun) | Aero / Sword | June 18 – July 9 |
Note: Lucy and Rebecca use the collab-exclusive “Dreamcatcher Tide” currency, and their signature weapons use “Shadowforge Tide.” Both can be earned from the collab events, store gift packs, or exchanged with Astrites.
Lucy (Spectro/Pistols)
Lucy is a Main DPS built around Heavy Attack damage and a Hack – Shifting mechanic. In her base state she builds TCP through Basic Attacks and her Resonance Skills, Payload and Pulse Interference. Once TCP fills, those skills become Deadlock, which moves her into Algorithm Compaction and grants a Spectro DMG Bonus.
Inside Algorithm Compaction her attacks upgrade into Thread Shredding and Single Threading, building Root Access toward the enhanced Multithreading heavy hit. Her Resonance Liberation opens the Protocol Interface, where she spends RAM on Spoofing Program effects before unleashing Override. She pairs directly with Rebecca, enhancing her teammate’s turret and shared Tune Hack synergy.
Rebecca (Electro/Pistols)
Rebecca is a Sub-DPS and Amplifier who swaps between two states, Huntress and Guts. Huntress grants Crit DMG, while Guts lets her ignore part of a target’s DEF. She builds Fervor and regenerates Hot Hand to trigger enhanced Heavy Attacks, and at max Hot Hand she gains both states’ bonuses at once.
Her Resonance Liberation deploys the Mk. 31 HMG, creating a Stagnation field that accumulates Overload for stronger firepower. Her Outro Skill, Preem Choom, summons a turret and grants the next Resonator Edgerunner Bonds for damage amplification, with Lucy automatically receiving the maximum stacks.
Lucilla (Glacio/Rectifier)
Lucilla is a Support and Amplifier who adapts to two team archetypes through her Resonance Modes, Glacio Chafe and Echo. Her kit centers on the Focus Ring, a timing mechanic deployed by holding Resonance Skill or Normal Attack during Basic Attack Stage 3. Landing inside Perfect Focus increases Glacio DMG and restores extra Trace, and every 50 Trace generates a Photo, up to three.
Her Resonance Liberation, Clear As Day, sends her into Reminiscence, where she can spend Photos on Oblivion. In Glacio Chafe mode she doubles allies’ Glacio Chafe applications and amplifies Glacio Chafe damage. In Echo mode she enables repeated Echo Skill casts and boosts Echo Skill Crit DMG and damage for the active or incoming Resonator.

Spectral Trigger and Skull Thrasher come from the collab weapon Convenes, while Freeze Frame is paired with Lucilla on her featured weapon banner.
Somnoire: Night City, the new boss, and Echo set
Somnoire: Night City is the new collab area, a phantom city built from Lucy’s memory within the dreamscape of Lahai-Roi. You reach it during the Chapter III Side Story “At Dream’s Edge.” The area introduces neon streets, the Edgerunners cast, and new collab enemies including Nightmare: Armed Corpo, Nightmare: Security Corpo, and Nightmare: Special Response Corpo.
The patch adds the boss echo Reminiscence – Nightmare: Adam Smasher and a new Sonata Effect, Shadow of Shattered Dreams. Its 1-piece bonus grants a 35% Basic Attack DMG Bonus and Heavy Attack DMG Bonus for 15 seconds when you inflict Hack – Shifting on a target.

Quests in version 3.4
The collab story arrives through the Chapter III Side Story “At Dream’s Edge,” where Rover meets Lucy and Rebecca as visitors from another world and fights back Nightmare Tacet Discords. It is permanently available after the update, and you can unlock it early during the version by reaching the transport dock in Main Quest Chapter III Act I “What Burns Beneath Frostlands.”
The main story continues with the Chapter III Segue “We Choose the Sky,” which focuses on Lucilla and the future of the Synchronist program at Startorch Academy. Quality-of-life and system changes
Version 3.4 reworks several daily systems. A new Weekly Activity tab in the Guidebook collects events like “Phantasma Dreamland: Rhapsody” and “Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways,” with points and milestone rewards that reset every Monday at 04:00.
- One-click skill upgrades on each Resonator’s Forte screen, pulling needed materials from Supply Packs, Synthesis, or Conversion when they can be replenished.
- An improved Resonator Ascension Planner with a Focus Resonator feature and skill upgrade priority recommendations.
- Expedition motorbike appearance presets, with up to 15 saved plans for Chassis Mod, Livery, and Accessory.
- New camera Image Quality option that captures images at up to twice screen resolution, capped at 8K, on devices with 4GB RAM or more.
- A Settings button added directly to the title screen for quick Sound, Graphics, and Language adjustments.
On PC, Ray Tracing now incorporates Megalights technology to improve lighting in certain environments. There is no separate Megalights toggle; it takes effect when Ray Tracing is enabled on an Nvidia 40 Series or newer card. The update also restores the Vulkan option for Android devices using Dimensity 9400, 9400+, and 9500s processors after fixing earlier stutter and crash issues.
Between the free Rebecca, the playable Lucy, and Lucilla’s debut, version 3.4 is one of the busiest stretches Wuthering Waves has run. With every limited banner closing July 9, the main planning question is which Edgerunner pulls to prioritize before the dreamscape closes and the roster moves on.
