Speak to the Rice Lord and work through his dialogue. He asks you to head to the New Camp tavern to help the bartender, Silas, with a problem. This sets your new quest objective.

How to get into the tavern and reach Silas

Head back toward the camp entrance, then turn right toward the tavern. Before going inside, talk to the bandit standing in front of the door and identify yourself as a Scrapper. Skip this and you will not be let in.

Once inside, go to the bar and talk to Silas. He explains the disturbance and points you toward the cause of it.

How to deal with Rayk

After speaking to Silas, look to the right of the bar. You will find an NPC named Rayk near a large cauldron. He is the drunkard bothering the other guests, and you have two ways to settle the matter. Both finish the objective.

Beat him up	Win a fistfight to force him to back off.

Approach Rayk and either offer him a drink or take him on in a fistfight. The peaceful route is the simplest, since calming him with a drink ends the trouble immediately.

With Rayk handled, return to the bar and talk to Silas again. Read through all of his dialogue to confirm the disturbance is resolved.

How to complete A Few Drops Too Much and claim rewards

Leave the tavern and head back to the Rice Lord, also called Hakon. He is in the same spot on the watchtower where you first met him.

Finish the conversation with the Rice Lord. The quest closes out and your standing with him improves, which feeds into earning a place in the New Camp.
