A leak-based roadmap of the six resonators expected across the next three Wuthering Waves versions, with elements, weapons, and rough timing.

After the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab in Version 3.4, the next stretch of Wuthering Waves is pointed back toward Huanglong and a new city called Mengzhou. Six resonators have surfaced in leaks for Versions 3.5 through 3.7, headlined by the game’s first SP character and the long-teased Sentinel of the region. None of this is confirmed by Kuro Games, so treat elements, weapons, and timing as provisional until official drip marketing lands.

Quick answer: Version 3.5 brings Yangyang SP (Havoc) and her sister Suisui (Glacio); Version 3.6 brings Qingxiao (Aero) and Jingran (Fusion); Version 3.7 brings Hsin/Xinyuehu (Electro) and Suoming (Havoc). All are early leaks and can change before release.

The lineup below pulls together what community dataminers and leakers such as Seele and Stepleaker have shared. The 3.5 names are the most stable since beta data has started circulating, while 3.6 and 3.7 are still in the early leak stage and the most likely to shift.

VersionCharacterElementWeapon / Role
3.5 – Phase 1Yangyang SPHavocSword, main DPS
3.5 – Phase 2SuisuiGlacioRectifier, support
3.6 – Phase 1QingxiaoAeroSword, main DPS
3.6 – Phase 2JingranFusionBroadblade (male)
3.7 – Phase 1Hsin (Xinyuehu)ElectroRectifier, support/Sentinel
3.7 – Phase 2SuomingHavocRectifier, support

Names like Qingxiao, Jingran, Hsin, and Suoming are placeholders drawn from leaks and may be localized differently at launch. There is also disagreement on Yangyang SP’s element, with some leaks calling her Electro rather than Havoc, so keep an eye on the eventual reveal.

Version 3.5: Yangyang SP and Suisui

Version 3.5 marks the return to Huanglong and the introduction of Mengzhou, the second Huanglong city teased in a recent trailer. It also delivers the first SP character in the game’s history.

Yangyang, one of the free 4-star resonators you meet early on, is set to receive a 5-star SP version. The leaked kit swaps her original Aero support role for an aggressive Havoc main DPS playstyle built around a stacking mechanic fueled by dodges and skill use, with damage that scales as her HP drops. She is expected to headline Phase 1.

Phase 2 introduces Suisui, described as Yangyang’s younger sister and a brand-new Glacio Rectifier user. Her kit leans toward freeze uptime and team utility, working as a support that buffs Glacio teams and may slot in where Zhezhi currently sits. Leaks also note she supports certain negative status effects, but not all of them.

Version 3.6: Qingxiao and Jingran

Version 3.6 pushes deeper into Mengzhou with two new resonators. Qingxiao is leaked as a wuxia-style swordswoman, an Aero main DPS wielding a Sword, though the finer points of her kit are not yet clear.

The second slot belongs to Jingran, a new male character described as a Fusion resonator using a Broadblade. Some early leaks describe a tomb raider style for the character, and there is still uncertainty around the final identity, so this entry remains the least settled of the version.

Version 3.7: Hsin (Xinyuehu) and Suoming

Version 3.7 is built around Hsin, leaked as the Sentinel Resonator of Mengzhou and tied closely to the Moon-Chasing Festival. She is expected to be an Electro Rectifier user, but unlike previous Sentinel characters she is rumored to start as a support rather than a main DPS at base constellation.

The version’s second character is Suoming, leaked as a Havoc Rectifier user. She is positioned as a support for Echo Skill-based teams, potentially filling the gap for units like Sigrika that lean on that playstyle.

Note: Hsin is sometimes placed in 3.6 and sometimes in 3.7 across different leak threads, and the question of her element has fueled ongoing debate. The 3.7 placement is the more commonly cited one, but it is not locked in.

Estimated banner timing

Wuthering Waves runs on a roughly six-week version cycle, which makes it possible to estimate when each banner window opens. These dates are projections, not confirmed schedules, and Kuro Games has not announced the 3.5-3.7 calendar.

VersionEstimated window
3.5Around July to August 2026
3.6Around August to October 2026
3.7Around October to November 2026

For now, Version 3.4 and its Cyberpunk collab are live, with Lucy and Rebecca already out, Lucilla launching June 13, and the Cartethyia rerun following on June 18. The Mengzhou roster only firms up once official reveals begin, so the safest move is to keep saving Astrite and wait for confirmation before committing pulls to any of these leaked resonators.
