Where the design comes from
The Bisento v2 draws from the weapon carried by Whitebeard, the pirate known while alive as “The Strongest Man In the World.” Whitebeard, also called Edward Newgate, was one of the four Emperors of the Sea before an early retirement, and he treated more than 40 people as his sons despite having no blood relation to them.
