Level and cash requirements plus exact trainer spots to raise your dodge count from three to seven.

Level and cash requirements plus exact trainer spots to raise your dodge count from three to seven.

Observation Haki, also called Ken Haki, is the dodge skill in Haze Seas, the Roblox action RPG from Haze Studios that launched as a rework of Haze Piece. You buy it from dancing trainer NPCs across three separate islands, and each purchase raises the number of automatic dodges you get in combat. The catch is that every tier demands a higher character level and a larger pile of Beli.

Quick answer: Reach level 600 with $150,000 and talk to the Level 1 Observation Haki trainer on Marine Base Island for v1 (3 dodges). Hit level 1500 with $200,000 at Bubble Island for v2 (5 dodges). Reach level 2500 with $1,000,000 at Desert Island in the Second Sea for v3 (7 dodges).

What Observation Haki does in Haze Seas

Observation Haki is the counterpart to Armament (Buso) Haki. Where Armament lets you damage Logia fruit users and boosts raw Sword and Combat output, Observation is built entirely around avoiding hits and reading the battlefield.

Toggle it on with the R key. Once active, you can see enemy players from further away and even through walls, along with their health, name, and level. It does not reveal NPCs. Dodging turns on the moment you enable the skill. You get a set pool of dodges that refills after a short cooldown, and if an enemy tries to land a blow while you still have charges, you dodge it automatically. The remaining dodge count appears above your head while Haki is enabled.

v32500$1,000,000Desert Island (Second Sea)7

You buy the tiers in order. Each trainer only upgrades your existing skill, so you cannot skip ahead to v2 or v3 without owning the previous level. You can grab the game on its official Roblox page if you are just starting out.

Unlock Level 1 Observation Haki at Marine Base Island

Grind quests until you are level 600 and holding at least $150,000 Beli. Both conditions must be met before the trainer will teach you.
Travel to Marine Base Island, the level 600 island marked on your in-game map.
Climb the cliff toward the cluster of houses at the top and find the NPC dancing with a “(Level 1) Observation Haki” tag above their head. Talk to them and pay the fee to learn the skill and gain three dodges.

Upgrade to Level 2 Observation Haki at Bubble Island

Reach level 1500 and save up $200,000. This tier adds two extra dodges on top of v1, taking your total from three to five.
Head to Bubble Island, which sits near Skull Island. From the Starting Island, travel straight past the AFK Rewards fire, pass the Rocky Pillars and the Sky Island overhead, and Bubble Island will appear on your right. Its giant trees make it easy to spot.
Look for the yellow portal next to a house on the island. The Level 2 Observation Haki NPC dances beside it. Speak to them, pay the fee, and your dodge count rises to five.

Unlock Level 3 Observation Haki at Desert Island in the Second Sea

The v3 trainer was added with the Sea 2 Magnet update, so you need access to the Second Sea before you can reach it. This is the most demanding tier by a wide margin.

Get to level 2500 and gather $1,000,000 Beli. Yes, one million.
Travel to the Second Sea, then go to Desert Island, the level 2700 island on your map.
Make your way to the clock tower, which dominates the island. The Observation Haki v3 trainer is tucked away on the far side of it, dancing like the other two. Talk to them and pay to push your dodge count to seven.

How to confirm the unlock worked

After paying a trainer, press R to toggle the skill on. If the purchase registered, you will see the enemy detection through walls activate, and a dodge counter appear above your head. That counter shows the exact number tied to your tier, so three, five, or seven confirms which version is active.

If a trainer refuses to teach you, it is almost always because one requirement is short. Check that you meet both the level threshold and the full cash amount at the same time, and confirm you already own the previous tier before attempting an upgrade. Once you clear those conditions, the dodges make a real difference against Logia users and PvP opponents who rely on landing quick hits.
