Cracking a 100 overall team rating in Build A Soccer Squad is the difference between drifting in the middle of the pack and actually showing up on the global leaderboard. Your team rating is the average of all eleven cards you field, so a triple-digit average means stacking your formation almost entirely with 100+ overall players and locking in green chemistry across every slot. It takes resources, patience, and a plan, not just lucky pulls.

Quick answer: Bank at least 200 rerolls and refreshes, roll on 2x Lucky servers, buy top cards directly from the Coin Shop, unlock team captains by finishing full 2026 national squads, and fill each position with a player whose primary role matches the slot so the link turns green. Do all of that and your Starting XI average climbs past 100.

What a 100 rating actually requires

The overall number on your squad is simply the average of your eleven starters. There is no hidden bonus that lets a team of 95-rated cards read as 100. To hit the mark you need most of your lineup sitting at 100 or above, with only a couple of high-90s cards allowed to sneak in without dragging the average down.

That means the top-tier cards do the heavy lifting. Prime players (100+ overall) rotate through the hourly shop, squad captains land at 98 to 100+, and the strongest Cup stand-out cards reach 105+. Building around these tiers is the whole game once you are chasing triple digits.

Stockpile at least 200 rerolls and refreshes first

The last few slots on a 100-rated team are always the hardest. When your formation is nearly done and you still need a specific high-overall player for one position, you burn through rerolls and refreshes fast. Going in with a shortage guarantees you stall out.

Aim to have around 200 rerolls and refreshes saved before you commit to a full 100+ build. Complete the in-game quests to farm them, or spend Robux if you want to skip the grind. Quests reset when you leave and rejoin, so you can keep cycling them for more rewards over time.

Codes are a quick top-up too. Open the game, wait for the lobby to load, then use the CODES button in the right-side stack with Rewards and Quests. Entering LIMITBREAKER grants 25 rerolls and 25 refreshes, and a green confirmation message tells you it landed. You can launch the game from its official Roblox page.

Roll on 2x Lucky servers and buy from the shop

Where you roll matters. Playing on 2x Lucky servers raises your odds of pulling higher-rated cards, so do your serious rolling there rather than on a standard server. Every reroll you spend goes further when luck is doubled.

Do not leave the best players to chance alone. Use your coins in the Coin Shop on the left side of the lobby to buy top cards outright. Purchasing the players you need is far more reliable than hoping they drop, and it saves rerolls for the slots you cannot buy.

Unlock team captains from 2026 squads

Team captains are some of the most valuable cards for pushing your average up, since they usually sit at 98 or 100+ overall. You earn a nation’s captain by collecting every player from that country’s 2026 World Cup squad. Want Spain’s captain? Assemble the full Spain 2026 roster, and the captain card unlocks.

Track your progress in the Rewards tab on the right side of the screen. Playing regular matches and Cup runs helps you gather the players you still need to finish a national set.

Enter Cup Mode for trophies and 105+ cards

Cup Mode needs a squad rated 93 overall or higher to enter, which you should clear well before you reach 100. Beyond the coins, rerolls, and trophies, cups let you study rival lineups and see which combinations other players are running.

The real prize is at the top. Winning five cups unlocks a random 105+ overall Cup stand-out card through the golden portal near the leaderboard podium. These are among the strongest cards in the game, though you can only obtain a maximum of seven this way, so the rest of your top slots still lean on captains, Prime players, and shop buys.

Get chemistry right by matching roles

Chemistry shows up as colored links between your player icons, with green being the best and grey the worst. A common mistake is forcing a high-rated card into the wrong position, like dropping a center-back into a right-back slot just because his number is bigger. That breaks the link.

Fill each slot with a player whose role fits it. If you need a right-back, roll or buy an actual right-back rather than a converted defender. Watch the links turn green as your positions line up correctly. Strong chemistry plus high overalls is what carries a squad from the mid-90s into triple digits.

If you would rather recreate a proven lineup than build from scratch, these examples all average above 100. The overall rating sits next to each card, and cards marked GB or SB are special high-tier versions.

How to know your team hit 100

The team rating displayed in the squad builder is your confirmation. Once the average of your eleven starters reads 100 or higher, the build is done and you are ready to climb the leaderboard. If it stalls in the high 90s, the fix is almost always one weak slot dragging the average down, so replace the lowest-rated card with a matching-role player at 100+ and keep the link green.

From there it is a loop of small upgrades. Farm quests for more rerolls, roll on 2x Lucky, buy what you can from the shop, and finish national squads for captains until every position is filled with a triple-digit card that fits its role.
