How to farm coins fast, build chemistry links, and hit the 93 OVR gate for Cup Mode in Bloxheed’s card collector.

Build A Soccer Squad is a Roblox card collector from Bloxheed where you roll packs, pull from more than 1,000 real footballers spanning 1970 to today, and slot them into a 4-3-3 to push your overall team rating as high as it will go. The whole game runs on one loop. You earn coins, you roll players, you place them for chemistry, and you climb toward the 93 OVR needed to enter Cup Mode. Everything below is built to get you there fast.

Quick answer: Farm coins by completing full squad builds with the highest-rated players you can, and let in-game quests auto-complete over roughly two hours of playtime for up to 83k in rewards. Build your team around matching nations, clubs, and leagues so the connecting lines turn green, then push your Starting XI to 93 OVR to unlock Cup Mode.

The core loop you repeat every session

When you launch the game you drop into a lobby hub. The main things you touch are the squad builder (where you roll and pick players), the Rewards tab that tracks your collection progress, the shops for coins and Prime players, and the Cup Mode portal. Tap through each one once so you know where they live.

A single Build Your Squad session works like this. You roll, the game shows you players from a nation-and-year pool, and you pick one card for each position until all eleven slots are full. When the Starting XI is complete, the game scores your overall rating and pays out coins. Better players and stronger chemistry mean a higher rating, which means more coins per build. That reward, plus daily rewards and quests, is how you fund everything else.

Two consumables control your rolls. A Refresh swaps the player options while keeping the same nation and era, which is what you want when your country anchor is good. A full Reroll pulls a brand new country entirely, which is what you want when the whole pool is the wrong nation. Save these for the final slots, where your position choices are tightest, and don’t burn them on the first weak player you see.

How to farm coins fast in Build A Soccer Squad

The most direct way to earn coins is to complete squad builds quickly while still picking the best available players. Slamming through rolls with random clicks works, but spending a few extra seconds on higher-rated cards lifts your team rating and pays noticeably more each time. On top of that, quests and Cup wins add more coins on top of the base build reward.

Coin methodHow it worksBest for
Squad buildsFinish a full XI with the best players you can pickSteady, active income
QuestsAuto-complete over up to ~2 hours of playtimeAFK farming coins, Rerolls, Refreshes
Cup ModeWin simulated matches to earn payoutsLate game, once you can reach deep rounds

Quests are the strongest hands-off method. They complete simply by staying in the game for up to two hours and can hand out a massive total near 83k across coins, Rerolls, and Refreshes. The quests reset the moment you leave, so you can rejoin and farm them again. The button to open your quest list sits on the right side of the main screen behind the red button.

Tip: to farm quests without playing manually, keep your device on and use an auto-clicker to avoid the 20-minute inactivity kick. Rejoin after the two hours are up to reset and repeat the cycle.

Cup Mode can pay well, but only if you actually go deep. The bracket begins at the round of 32, and early-round rewards are tiny compared to the time you spend watching each match. If you scrape in with a 93 or 94 rated team you will usually lose early and earn very little. Hold off on farming cups until your team is around 100 rated, since payouts scale sharply the further you advance.

One trap to avoid: entering a cup resets your quest progress. You get moved to a separate server, which cancels the quest timer even though you are technically still playing. Don’t jump into Cup Mode mid-quest-farm unless you are ready to give up that progress.

Building the best squad: ratings plus chemistry

Your team rating is the average of all eleven individual player ratings, so higher cards raise the total. That’s the obvious half. The less obvious half is chemistry, which adds to your overall rating on top of the raw averages. Chemistry can matter so much that a worse player with strong links beats a better player with none. The ideal squad combines both.

Chemistry shows up as colored lines between player icons. Green is the strongest link and grey is the weakest, with four tiers in between. Links form when neighboring players share things like nation, club, league, and country, so the more matching tags two adjacent players have, the stronger their line. Two Liverpool players sitting next to each other, for example, draw a green line because they share a club.

Line colorMeaning
GreenBest chemistry between two players
GreyWorst chemistry between two players

Because links are driven by shared tags, plan around your anchors. When you roll a good country, Refresh within that same nation to grab matching teammates before you Reroll away to a new one. If a swap turns your green lines to a worse color, check whether the total team rating dropped before you confirm the pick. A high-rated card that breaks links across the XI can actually lower your overall.

How to get the top-rated players

The best cards almost never show up through normal rolls. They technically have a tiny drop chance during standard rerolls, but there are far more reliable routes to the highest-rated players in the game.

Card typeRatingHow to get it
Captain99 OVRCollect every player in a full 2026 squad
Premium Captain99 OVRComplete select 2002 World Cup teams
Prime100+ OVRBuy from the Hourly Shop (20 rotate per cycle)
Cup Card105+ OVRWin 5 Cup Mode tournaments

You can buy specific players outright from the Coin Shop on the left side of the lobby, which is often cheaper than gambling dozens of rerolls hoping for one card. Unlocking a team captain is the collection route. Pick up every other player from a nation’s generation and its 99 OVR captain becomes a rollable card in future sessions. Track how close you are in the Rewards tab on the right side of the screen.

The 105-rated Cup cards come from winning five cups, claimed at the golden portal to the left of the leaderboard podium. There’s a hard cap here. You can only pull seven 105-rated players this way, so a perfect all-105 rating isn’t possible through Cup wins alone. To close that gap you lean on chemistry to carry the overall higher than the raw player ratings would suggest.

Note: focus your currency on one 2026 squad at a time. A single completed captain unlock beats three half-finished rosters, because that captain then boosts every future roll.

Cup Mode requirements and rewards

Cup Mode is the endgame goal for most new players. Your Starting XI must sit at 93 OVR or higher to enter, and the button lives on the right side of the screen. Matches play out as 3D simulations starting from the round of 32, and each win pushes you up a round until you either lose or lift the cup. Winning five cups is what unlocks those 105+ OVR Cup cards.

Cup Mode also introduces custom team kits, Premium Captains tied to select 2002 teams, and a podium that shows the top three best teams. If you save a Best Team before a balance change, that saved squad keeps its old rating.

First-week priorities for new players

Claim your daily rewards and any login bonuses before you spend a single coin. Free currency and consumables stack up fast, and there’s no reason to buy packs before you have grabbed what’s free.
Pick one 2026 squad as your captain target and funnel your rolls and shop buys toward its missing slots. Check the Rewards tab to see which players you still need, and buy the gaps from the shop instead of rerolling blindly.
Run several full squad builds around a single nation cluster so your green lines start forming naturally. Replace your weakest position first rather than chasing random high-rated cards that break links.
Let quests auto-complete in the background for coins, Rerolls, and Refreshes, and rejoin every two hours to reset them. This is your steady free income while you learn the roll flow.
Keep pushing your Best Team toward 93 OVR. Once you clear that line, Cup Mode opens, and once you’re around 100 rated, cups become a real coin and Cup card source.

You’ll know each piece is working from clear signals in the UI. A finished squad build pays coins and updates your Best Team record. A completed nation collection flips its captain into a rollable 99 OVR card in the Rewards tab. Hitting 93 OVR removes the Cup Mode lock, and five cup wins let you claim a 105-rated player at the golden portal. Redeemable codes, when active, hand out extra Rerolls and Refreshes through the in-game Codes menu, which is worth checking before a heavy rolling session.
