Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: All 15 Naval Contract Locations

Where every Naval Contract starts, what it rewards, and the two that hide behind extra requirements.

Where every Naval Contract starts, what it rewards, and the two that hide behind extra requirements.

Naval Contracts are the ship-focused side quests scattered across the Caribbean in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Each one sends the Jackdaw out to sink, board, protect, or loot, and each pays out a solid chunk of Reales. There are 15 in total, and clearing every one is part of reaching 100% completion.

Quick answer: Finish the This Old Cove main mission in Sequence 4, then talk to Milo at the docks in Great Inagua to start A Spanish Plague. Completing that first contract unlocks the rest on your world map.

How to unlock Naval Contracts

Naval Contracts do not appear until you have progressed the main story. Complete the This Old Cove main mission during Sequence 4, then head to Great Inagua and speak to an NPC named Milo standing at the docks. He hands you the first contract, A Spanish Plague.

Once A Spanish Plague is done, the remaining contracts populate the quest log on your map and can be accepted from their marked start points. From there it is a matter of sailing to each location and completing the combat objective.

Every Naval Contract location and reward

Each contract is accepted from a specific dock or handler. Base payouts scale with difficulty, running from 1,200 Reales for the easiest jobs up to 2,400 Reales for the hardest. The Final Contract instead pays out in gear.

Bonus objectives for extra Reales

Most contracts carry an optional secondary challenge. Meeting it pays additional Reales on top of the base reward, so it is worth planning your approach before you open fire.

A Spanish Plague, Silk On The Waves, Driftwood, Contraband, and The Final Contract have no separate bonus objective attached.

The two contracts with special requirements

Two contracts won’t trigger under normal conditions, so it helps to know their catch before you sail out.

Hunter Gatherer asks you to sink Hunter Ships, and those ships only spawn when you have an active wanted level. Raise your wanted level to at least level 1 first, otherwise the target ships never appear and the contract cannot progress.

The Final Contract is locked until every other contract is cleared. Once all 14 others are complete, it becomes available from Milo by the manor in Great Inagua. Finishing it rewards the Handsome Devils Crew Attire (Rare) and the Black Skull Sails (Legendary).

Confirming you cleared them all

You know a contract is done when its icon clears from the quest log and the Reales land in your pocket, plus any bonus payout if you met the secondary challenge. Because The Final Contract only appears after the other 14 are complete, seeing it unlock is your signal that the whole set is finished.

Wrapping up every Naval Contract counts toward 100% completion and hands over the Black Skull Sails alongside the Handsome Devils Crew Attire, giving the Jackdaw a distinctive look to match the extra Reales in your hold.
