How to know the event is live
When the reset hits at 10 AM PT, the crossover appears without any manual steps. You will see a new Cyberpunk event tab in the store, the Night City E-District available in the Wildcard playlist, and Eddies starting to accumulate as you play. If you loaded in before the reset, back out to the lobby and let the client refresh so the new content populates.
Note: The Wildcard mode is where the reworked map and Cyberware mods live, so if you queue standard Battle Royale you will not see the Night City takeover.

Completing the full collection unlocks the Mythic Skippy Alternator, a recreation of the talking AI pistol from Cyberpunk 2077. It ships with the “Puppy Loving Pacifist” and “Stone Cold Killer” modes, comments on your play, and can be upgraded with Exotic Shards to change its visuals and elimination effects. A separate Reward Shop lets you spend Eddies on extras like an Arasaka Valkyrie skin and a Kang-Tao Mirage skin.
Night City map and Cyberware mods
For the run of the event, E-District is redressed as Night City, with towering neon skyboxes, holographic koi drifting overhead, and glitched signage across the streets. The bigger change is the Cyberware system layered on top of the Wildcard mode.

Every use fills your Cyberware Capacity. Push past the limit and you go full Cyberpsycho, gaining high movement speed and heavy melee damage but losing all weapons, abilities, shields, and ordnance. To reverse it, grab Immunoblocker Syringes scattered around the map or find an Immunoblocker Cache that wipes the meter clean.
Alongside the in-game content, two Nessie plushies themed after Lucy and Rebecca, made with Youtooz, open for pre-order on July 15. That is one day after the event itself begins, so the crossover launch and the merch window do not line up exactly.
