Vein Abundance: Prismana Carnival is the last Vein Abundance week of Aniimo’s launch season. It brings back all four season-exclusive Prismana forms at once, each in its own Breezy Plains area. You do not sign up for anything. You trigger a Prismana Flow in the right area, find the Prismana at its fixed spot, and catch it.
Quick answer: Between October 19 and 25, raise Prismatic Energy in Beast Fang Ridge, Rosetower Woods, Berylline Vale or Nimbus Fields until a Prismana Flow triggers, then catch that area’s Prismana.
Prismana Carnival dates and the four featured Prismana
The Carnival runs from October 19 to October 25. On the Europe server, every event window opens at 04:00 UTC and closes at 04:00 UTC on the morning after its last day, so the Carnival ends at 04:00 UTC on October 26. The Americas server runs four hours later, and the Asia server runs eight hours earlier. You can check the time left on your own server from the countdown on the event page.
Open the main menu and go to Events. The Vein Abundance: Prismana Carnival tab lists all four Prismana with the Season Limited tag. Each one is paired with a companion Aniimo that gathers in large numbers on the weekend.

| Prismana | Area | Weekend mass surge |
|---|---|---|
| Prismana Glynsera | Bonesky | |
| Prismana Melloblum | Budsquire (Towerwood Form) | |
| Prismana Waleetle | Baleetle | |
| Prismana Inferlupa | Emberpup |
You can pursue all four in parallel. Each area keeps its own Prismatic Energy gauge, so progress in Nimbus Fields does nothing for Rosetower Woods.

A Prismana Flow is a weather state. When it settles over an area, that area’s Prismana appears in the wild. Two actions raise an area’s Prismatic Energy, and each raise has a chance to start the Flow early:
- Every Prismatic Energy increase from Nurture has a 3% chance to trigger a Prismana Flow.
- Every increase from a Lucky Strike during a capture has a 0.6% chance to trigger it.
- When the area’s energy state reaches Full, the Flow is guaranteed.
- A Prismana Crystal used through Ecosystem Intervention triggers the Flow directly.
Your weekly Lucky Strike total sets the odds; the number of Aniimo you’ve caught does not. Every eligible catch gives you one check. The tally starts over each Monday at 04:00 server time.
| Lucky Strike type | Chance per check |
|---|---|
| Lucky Strike, first 10 of the week | 1% |
| Lucky Strike, 11th onward | 0.5% |
| Stronger strike, 1st of the week | 0.2% |
| Stronger strike, 2nd | 0.1% |
| Stronger strike, 3rd onward | 0.05% |
The stronger strike shows up as a Very Lucky or super lucky catch and adds much more energy than a regular Lucky Strike. Your Pod’s catch rate has no effect on the Lucky Strike roll. A 19% throw and a Guaranteed Success throw get the same odds.
How to get a Carnival Prismana with Nurture
Nurture unlocks with the area’s Bronze Badge. Your first Nurture each day is free, and you can save up to three. Further uses cost 1 Vein Essence each. The daily limit is 15, increasing to 25 when Prospering Clusters on your Branch have 30 Lumin Amber.

Sparkling Cubes cost 1,000 Sparkling Crystals at an outpost vendor, and every Vein Abundance task pays 30 Sparkling Crystals.
Prismana Carnival weekend: mass surges and +50% Nurture
The Carnival runs from Friday 04:00 through Monday 03:59 server time; on the Europe server, the dates are October 23 to October 26. During this period, all four companion species appear in large numbers, each in its own Carnival area. Each catch from these groups gives you another Lucky Strike roll, with no Vein Essence required.
The same window carries the Nurture bonus. Your first three Nurtures in each designated area over the weekend get a much higher chance of Nova Stage Aniimo appearing. Once you harvest the Veinfruit, the Prismatic Energy those Nurtures add gets an extra 50%. The event card tracks these as attempts left, starting at 3/3.

Because the bonus and the mass surges share the same three days, the efficient plan is to keep weekday spending light. Use free Nurtures and Lucky Strike catches early in the week. Then save Vein Essence for the boosted weekend Nurtures, when the crowds are also feeding the gauge.
Other ways to trigger Prismana Flow during the Carnival
Prismana Crystal through Change Weather
Ecosystem Intervention, unlocked with the area’s Silver Badge, allows you to alter its weather. Your Branch must also have 60 Lumin Amber infused. At the Breezy Plains Branch, use Change Weather on a Prismana Crystal to start Flow immediately. You can do this three times daily. If you skipped one of the weeks featuring a single Prismana, save your Crystals for the Carnival.

Co-op party Nurture
A full party of four Pathfinders can pool Vein Essence. The party agrees on how much each player spends, such as five Essence each. Then it enters the first player’s world, where that player Nurtures the Bloom until the Flow triggers for all four. The party then moves to the next player’s world and repeats. Everyone gets four chances at the Prismana for one player’s share of Essence.
Lucky Strike catching
When Nurture supplies run out, keep catching wild Aniimo in the target area. Lucky Strikes add Prismatic Energy without Essence and can set off the Flow on their own. Since catch rate does not change the Lucky Strike roll, skip throws below a 50% catch chance to save Pods. Tumblers catch several Aniimo in one run and speed up Wild Surge clears, but regular Aniipods do the same job for less.
Best conditions for each Carnival area’s catching loop
| Area | Common catches | Best conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Iris, Emberpup, Flameruff | Any | |
| Cubbo, Pomegg | Night, snowstorm | |
| Sparki, Wisptis | Night, start at Bloom | |
| Nimbi, Fluttermym, Hummin | Clear daylight |
In Rosetower Woods, the Cubbo in the cave vanish during thunderstorms and rain. Bring a breaker such as Tubster or Hexen to crack Pomegg shields quickly at the concert area. In Nimbus Fields, thunderstorms replace the usual spawns with Thunder Nimbi, which slows a capture loop down considerably.
Which Carnival Prismana to get first
If you cannot afford all four, a sensible order is Inferlupa, then Glynsera, Melloblum and Waleetle. Prismana Inferlupa is a Fire Aniimo with a Break role, which makes it useful well beyond the collection. The other three are mainly about completing the Season Limited set.
Prismatic Energy you build in an area stays in that area’s gauge. One approach is to use the weekend surges to push each Carnival area close to Full without tipping it over. That leaves gauges ready for later Flows and saves Vein Essence for Season 1, part 2, which opens on October 29.
Vein Abundance weeks before the Prismana Carnival
The Carnival collects the season’s earlier Vein Abundance weeks into one. Each of those weeks used the same rules: the 3% Nurture and 0.6% Lucky Strike Flow chances, three boosted weekend Nurtures with a 50% energy boost after the Veinfruit harvest, and a weekend gathering of Aniimo in the designated area.

| Event | Start | End | Featured Prismana |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vein Abundance: Forest of Falling Stars | Sept. 17 | Sept. 20 | None, Nova Stage boost |
| Vein Abundance: Beast Fang Ridge | Sept. 20 | Sept. 27 | |
| Vein Abundance: Rosetower Woods | Sept. 27 | Oct. 4 | |
| Vein Abundance: Berylline Causeway | Oct. 4 | Oct. 11 | |
| Vein Abundance: Nimbus Fields | Oct. 12 | Oct. 18 |
The in-game spawn schedule set each Prismana’s window at 04:00 to 03:59 (UTC-4). Prismana Glynsera ran in Beast Fang Ridge from Sept. 21 to Sept. 28, Prismana Melloblum in Rosetower Woods from Sept. 28 to Oct. 5, and Prismana Waleetle in Berylline Vale from Oct. 5 to Oct. 12. During those single weeks, the featured Prismana took the place of the area’s usual one. The Carnival is the last chance this season to pick up whichever one you missed.
