Shipwright’s Tools are a rare resource in Windrose used to craft quality cannons and ship equipment. They aren’t dropped, looted, or gathered in the wild. The only way to obtain them is by buying them from a specific faction vendor.
Where to buy Shipwright’s Tools
The Brethren of the Coast Provisioner is the sole source. To reach the vendor, head southeast from the starting area and follow the Underground Network mission line, which routes you toward Tortuga. Once you arrive in the port, the provisioner is found along the coast among the Brethren of the Coast traders.
There are no level gates on the purchase itself, only the faction relationship. As long as you’re at faction level 1 or higher with the Brethren, the tools are available in stock for one Piastre cost per unit, with a default sell quantity of one per refresh.

Hull bracing upgrades are cheaper per craft but stack up if you’re refitting multiple ships. Keep a small reserve in your hold so a missed vendor refresh doesn’t stall a refit run.
