Fast farming routes
Two circuits cover most needs. Pick the desert loop if you have not pushed far into Feybreak yet, or the coastal loop when the higher-level island is safe to travel.
Dessicated Desert loop
Start at the PIDF Tower Entrance right after nightfall and clear every node around the tower, then circle behind the structure since several pickups are hidden from the fast-travel side. Move toward the Paladius and Necromus arena and sweep the surrounding sand, staying on the outer edge to avoid triggering the bosses. Finish on the high dunes north of Duneshelter, where the elevation makes glowing points easier to spot from a mount.
Feybreak Island loop
Begin at Scorched Ashlands and follow the northern coastline, which stretches far enough to gather several nodes without circling the same patch. Head east to Withered Seaside and continue along the shore, then drop south to the Loess Plains waypoint for its small cluster before finishing west at Deserted Ash Plateau. If the sand is not glowing

When the glow fails, return to a spot where you have gathered before and move slowly while watching for the interaction prompt.
