Bot lobbies are the low-pressure way to farm Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3. Matchmaking stays gentle, a Victory Royale is basically guaranteed, and you can hunt companions at your own speed. The catch is that the loot pool in these matches is trimmed down, so a large chunk of the season’s Sprites simply never appear no matter how many chests you crack.
Quick answer: Only 14 Sprites spawn in bot lobbies — Water, Fire, Earth, Air, Fishy, Duck, Striker, Aura, Demon, King, Ghost, Dream, Boss, and Seven. Every rarer Sprite, plus all special variants, requires a normal lobby against real players.
Sprites you can get in Fortnite bot lobbies
The 14 obtainable Sprites are the season’s more common companions, spanning Rare through Legendary. You’ll find them in Sprite Chests, regular chests, and other standard loot spots, then secure them at an extraction point to add them to your collection. Everything rarer or collab-based is locked out of bot matches, along with every special variant type. There are 18 Sprites and variant families that will not drop here, and opening endless Relic or Sprite Chests won’t change that. Your odds of pulling one are effectively zero.

If a specific Sprite you want is on this list, there’s no workaround inside bot matchmaking. You have to queue into a standard lobby against real opponents to find it, extract it, and keep it.
Why bot lobbies limit your collection
Sprites work through an extraction system this season. You locate one during a match, carry it to an extraction point, and survive to lock it into your collection for future games. If you’re downed before extracting, that Sprite drops for anyone else to grab. Once unlocked, you spend Sprite Dust to summon it again in later matches, with the cost scaling to the Sprite’s rarity.
Bot lobbies make that survival step trivial, which is the whole appeal. The trade-off is a stripped loot table that only serves up 14 base companions out of the nearly 90 Sprites in the season. The rarest pulls, the collab Sprites, and every Gold, Gummy, Galaxy, Holofoil, Cube, Quack, and Gem finish are all excluded by design.
There’s a knock-on effect for trading, too. Because everyone farming bots ends up with the same basic Sprites, they hold almost no trade value. If you’re looking to swap for something rare, the 14 bot-lobby companions won’t give you much leverage.
Note: Epic Games could adjust these pools with a future update, but the current split holds firm. To chase elusive companions like Pollo, John Wick, or any special variant, real lobbies are the only route.
