In AION 2, Unique gear stops improving once it reaches its Enhance limit, unless you have Amplify Stone (Unique). This stone powers Amplified Enhance, which pushes Unique gear up to five more levels depending on item level. You will rarely find the stone as a drop. Almost every copy is crafted from fragments, so farming is really about collecting Amplify Stone Fragment (Unique).
Quick answer: Combine 4 Amplify Stone Fragment (Unique) (Bound) and 2,500 Enhance Stones in Substance Morph to make one Amplify Stone (Unique). The Battle Pass also awards the stone directly.
Amplify Stone (Unique) effects: Amplified Enhance
This stone enables Amplified Enhance for Unique gear once it is fully enhanced. Every successful level grants a fixed group of stats and requires Kina plus a stack of Amplify Stones. You can add as many as +5 levels, depending on the item’s bracket: 41–60, 61–80, or 81 and above.
Success is not guaranteed. A failed attempt raises the success chance on your next try, so repeated attempts get more reliable. For example, the first Amplified Enhance level on item level 54 gear costs:

That works out to 24 fragments and 15,000 Enhance Stones for a single +1 attempt, before you pay the Kina. If the attempt fails, you pay again on the next try. Plan your fragment farming around that number rather than around one stone at a time.
How to get Amplify Stone (Unique) through Substance Morph
Substance Morph is the main way to get the stone. The recipe makes one stone per craft:

Open Substance Morph, pick the Amplify Stone (Unique) recipe, and run it once you have both materials. The fragments and Enhance Stones are removed, and the new stone shows up in your inventory, which is how you can tell the morph worked. The other way to get the stone is the Battle Pass, which includes Amplify Stone (Unique) as a reward.
Amplify Stone Fragment (Heroic) is a different item. It morphs into a Splendent Amplify Stone, not Amplify Stone (Unique), so check the grade before you spend materials.
Enhance Stones are seldom the bottleneck. Daily Dungeons pay up to 10,000 per run, and each Transcendence boss drops 2,000.
Where to farm Amplify Stone Fragment (Unique)
The fragment’s in-game description says it can be turned into an Amplify Stone through Substance Morph. Its item tooltip includes an Item Source list that covers every way to get it. Fragments come from creature drops, party dungeons, raids, monoliths, achievements, shops, the coin shop, and the battle pass. In total, 61 creatures can drop them.

A few bosses drop a fragment on almost every kill. Others drop one roughly one time in five.

Transcendent Bakarma, Phantasmal Lakshmi, and Predator Saraswati are all level 45 bosses in Draupnir. That makes a full Draupnir clear worth three near-certain fragments.
Shattered Arkanis (Transcendence)
Shattered Arkanis is a party dungeon with Exploration and Transcendence difficulties. Its three level 56 bosses are Siliator of Deceit, Ruthilis of Pain, and Talisra of the Void, and each has a 20% fragment drop. Fragments also appear as cube rewards. The minimum gear score goes up with each stage:

Conquest dungeons
Fragments are part of the loot pool on Conquest difficulty in Kalg Cave, Urugugo Canyon, Fire Temple, Draupnir, Vakron Sky Island, and Ferocious Horn Den. All four dungeons below have a 60-minute time limit.

Elyos players open the path to Fire Temple through the Episode quest of the same name. Dymones gives it in Zumion Village, Verteron, and the recommended level is 37.
Monoliths, achievements, and shops
At the Verteron Monolith in Zumion Village, use Sync Empyrean Traces to offer regional traces such as Empyrean Trace: Verteron. Some resonance level rewards include one Amplify Stone Fragment (Unique). The other non-combat sources are:
- Leterian, Ereshkigal, and Draupnir Monoliths
- Achievements, including the Who’s Next? 8 through 11 tiers
- Season [Growth] rewards and the Trade Shop
- Nightmare, Ascension Trial, and [Hard] Sanctum of Loathing
- Express Pass, Growth Support Premium, and subscription rewards
- A shop listing at 2,000 Abyss Points per fragment
Amplify Stone (Unique) trade and storage rules
The fragment and the finished stone follow different rules, and that changes how you farm them.

Because the fragments are bound, no other player can farm them for you. Once you morph fragments into stones, the stones can go into Character, Server, and Legion Storage, which lets one character craft stones for an alt. Both items require level 1.
The bottleneck is fragments. Each Amplified Enhance attempt needs six stones, so clear the three Draupnir bosses every time you run it and hit your monolith resonance rewards along the way. Keep Abyss Points in reserve to cover any shortfall when you are ready to push a maxed Unique piece past its cap.
