Guardian Lord Nahma looks like a raid boss on paper, but in Aion 2 it plays out as a PvP fight. It spawns in the open Abyss, where Elyos and Asmodians can attack each other freely. A Templar’s-eye view of a Sunday night on EU Siel shows what follows. Hundreds of players crowd onto one floating island, frame rates collapse, and the side that brings the bigger push takes the kill. Everyone else flies home empty-handed.
Quick answer: Guardian Lord Nahma is a level 65 Hero-rank field boss in Chaotic Lower Reshanta. It spawns on Sundays and Fridays at 21:00 server time and always drops all three tiers of Refining Stone.
Guardian Lord Nahma in Aion 2: Where and When It Spawns
Nahma is a Cogni. It does not appear in only one place. Separate copies sit in three areas of Chaotic Lower Reshanta, and all of them share the same twice-weekly timer. This explains why the in-game exploration list showed three “Guardian Lord Nahma” entries counting down together, each with 13 minutes and 35 seconds left. A level 80 version, Enraged Guardian Lord Nahma, runs on the same schedule one layer up in Chaotic Middle Reshanta.
| Boss | Level / rank | Map and area | Spawn (server time) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 65 / Hero | Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Reshanta’s Root | Sun, Fri 21:00 | |
| 65 / Hero | Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Devastated Remnants | Sun, Fri 21:00 | |
| 65 / Hero | Chaotic Lower Reshanta, Black Fragments Area | Sun, Fri 21:00 | |
| 80 / Hero | Chaotic Middle Reshanta, Steel Titan’s Grave and Eroded Fragment Area | Sun, Fri 21:00 |
The geography matters for PvP. Devastated Remnants sits closest to the Elyos base, Latesran Western Root, and Black Fragments Area sits closest to the Asmodian side. Reshanta’s Root is the high central hub between them. Every spawn favors one faction’s travel time, and the central one favors nobody. The Enraged version is aggressive and fights on foot, because Middle Reshanta has no Flight Circles.

Add to Google Preferences →The First Nahma Fight: A Raid That Gets Raided
The session opens on the Chaotic Lower Reshanta map, with Nahma’s reward window open. That window lists Proof of Hero [Nahma] (Bound), Artwork: Guardian Lord Nahma and Celestial: Guardian Lord Nahma. The player then flies into the boss crater and joins a large allied force that is already working on the boss. The player is a sword-and-shield Templar and spends the fight rotating defensive skills, hitting the boss from both the front and the back.

Performance is the first enemy. With this many players on screen, the frame rate drops badly enough that the player stops mid-fight. They open Settings, go to Graphics, then Optimize, and lower Mass Combat Quality. They return to that slider several times over the session, switching between Very High, Normal and Low as the crowd grows and shrinks.

Around the nine-minute mark, the opposing faction pushes into the crater and wipes the raid. The player dies to an enemy player, and the defeat screen names who landed the kill.

Seconds later, a server-wide notice appears on the death screen. Eastern Camp Feshop has defeated Guardian Lord Nahma. The allied raid did most of the early damage, and the boss went to the other side anyway.

Second Nahma at Black Fragments Area: Kisks, Rings and Another Loss
Because the three Lower Reshanta copies share a timer, losing one doesn’t end the night. The player respawns at base and chains through the golden windstream rings that launch characters across the islands. They head down toward Sulfur Tree Island and the Black Fragments Area copy of the boss.
Before dropping in, the player places a Personal Kisk on a cliff to act as a forward respawn point. The registration window shows its limits clearly.
- Registered members: 1/1, so it serves only the player who placed it.
- Remaining uses: 3/3 respawns.
- Time left at placement: 57min 57s.
- Kisk Summoning Stone: Party (Bound) is the group version carried alongside it.
The second clash at Black Fragments Area is even denser than the first. Both factions are fighting on the same island while the boss sits in the middle of the crowd.

The player works the island edge and comments on how hard it is to break through. Opposing Chanters have invulnerability frames, and the enemy can blanket the boss platform with area damage. When the player falls back to the island peak, they find their kisk has been destroyed. Kisks are physical objects in the world, and the enemy can break them.

A final push onto the platform ends the same way the first one did. The competing side clears the boss. The player still gets a “Season Mission Achieved” banner and collects rewards from the Abyss tab of the Season 1 mission menu, then glides back to base. The night’s real cost is the Abyss Points the faction didn’t earn. Those points fund progress toward the Abyss Corridor and the rest of the PvP endgame.
Guardian Lord Nahma Drops and Enraged Nahma Gear
Every kill pays out Refining Stone, Expert’s Refining Stone and Artisan’s Refining Stone. Both the level 65 and level 80 versions also have two 25% Pantheon drops, Colossus: Guardian Lord Nahma and Artwork: Guardian Lord Nahma. The main difference is gear. The Enraged version in Middle Reshanta carries the full Guardian Lord Nahma Unique set. The Lower Reshanta copies offer only the breastplate from that set.
| Drop | Grade | Lv 65 Nahma | Lv 80 Enraged |
|---|---|---|---|
| Refining Stone, Expert’s, Artisan’s | Common / Rare / Epic | Guaranteed | Guaranteed |
| Heroic | 25% | 25% | |
| Heroic | 25% | 25% | |
| Unique | 5.2% | 5.2% | |
| Nahma Gloves, Boots, Cloak, Earrings, Ring | Unique | — | 12.2% each |
| Nahma Helm, Pauldrons | Unique | — | 9.8% each |
| Nahma Greaves | Unique | — | 8.1% |
| Nahma Necklace | Unique | — | 6.1% |
| Fallen Ancient God Gloves, Boots | Unique | Listed | — |
| Bloodthirsty Gloves, Boots, Cloak | Epic | Listed | Listed |
Both versions also drop Earth (Common), Vagabond (Rare) and Vowed (Epic) weapons and armor. Individual pieces drop at 8.7% to 17.3%, and body slots like gloves, boots and cloaks drop most often. The Colossus is a Pantheon decor that gives permanent stat bonuses once placed.
Guardian Lord Nahma Breastplate stats
The breastplate is the one set piece both versions can drop. Its 637 Defense is the third-highest value among the 147 Top-slot items. The two highest, at 756, are the Splendent Ebony Dragon Lord Breastplate and the Splendent Wise Dragon Lord Breastplate.

| Attribute | Value |
|---|---|
| Item level / required level | 86 / 45 |
| Main stats | HP 344, Defense 637 |
| Bonus at +15 (max enchant) | Defense +375, HP +304 |
| Manastone slots | 4 |
| Sell price | 44,790 Kinah |
| Other source | Nahma’s Merit Chests (Bound) |
The breastplate can be traded until it becomes soulbound. It also rolls random stats from a pool that includes Damage Boost (5.35% to 6.22%), Weapon Damage Tolerance (7.87% to 9.12%) and Critical Hit Resist (47 to 61). Bound copies also come from Nahma’s Merit Chests and Enraged Nahma’s Merit Chest: Unique, so a lost kill doesn’t remove every way to get it.
Nahma’s design creates the PvP. The loot is generous, and three copies spawn at the same moment on a map built for flight. Each Sunday and Friday at 21:00, the copies become three flashpoints at once. The faction that wins is usually the one that shows up in larger numbers, keeps its kisks alive and can still hold a playable frame rate when the crowd arrives.
