The Abyss Draconute Sniper is a Normal-rank creature of level 47–53 that does not attack on sight. It appears in two parts of Reshanta. Middle Reshanta has more of them, with 30 marked spots in Contaminated Marsh against 16 at Sulfur Tree Island – Branding Island in Lower Reshanta. Since it leaves you alone until you strike first, you can choose your targets and work through the area at your own pace.

Five repeatable duties in the marsh each ask for 20 kills and pay Abyss Points x2,000: Eastern Contaminated Marsh Extermination, Contaminated Marsh Balaur Extermination, Stop Contaminated Marsh Mutation, Contaminated Marsh Eastern Island Extermination and Contaminated Marsh Western Island Extermination. Sulfur Tree Island Invasion needs 15 kills for Abyss Points x1,000 and Abyssal Power Shard (Bound) x200. Drops include Refining Stone at 3.1%, Expert's Refining Stone at 1.0% and Artisan's Refining Stone at 0.58%, along with Earth armour pieces at 0.50% or less.
