The Abyss Drakan Chief is a level 48 Elite creature roaming the open world of Lower Reshanta, the Abyss. All 5 of its marked spots sit in Archipelago of Siel's Wings, on Siel's Right Wing, so that one area is the only place you need to visit. It does not attack on sight, which lets you approach and pick your fights rather than being pulled into one as you arrive.
