The Abyss Giant Mutant is an open-world creature in AION 2, ranging from level 48 to 53 and appearing in both Elite and Normal ranks. It lives in Middle Reshanta, the Abyss, and every one of its 69 marked spots sits in the Contaminated Marsh, so that single area is where you go to find it. It does not attack on sight, which lets you pick your pulls through the marsh without being dragged into fights you did not choose.
