The Abyss Rock Spirit is a level 48 Elite creature in Lower Reshanta, the Abyss. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your moment to pull one. All 10 of its marked spots sit in a single area, Grave of Steel on the Archipelago of Siel's Wings, which makes that cluster the only place worth heading to when you need them.
