The Abyss Specter is a level 45 Normal creature found in the open world of Lower Reshanta, in the Abyss, and it does not attack on sight. All 26 of its marked spots lie within the Devastated Remnants, so that is where to hunt. Shade Island holds the most with 13, Exile Island has 8 and Weathered Outcrop has 5, which makes Shade Island the best place to farm them.

Latesran Western Root is the nearest teleport statue to all three areas, about 430 m from Shade Island, about 510 m from Exile Island and about 360 m from Weathered Outcrop.
