The Azrakar Watcher is a level 7 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it won't attack on sight, so you can approach it without being pulled into a fight. On the Asmodian side it lives in Ishalgen, where all 40 of its marked spots sit in a single area, the Azrakar Brigade Guard Camp. With every spawn gathered in one camp, that is the only place you need to go, and at level 7 it suits characters still early in their journey.

To get there, travel to the Abandoned Barracks Site teleport statue, which leaves you about 100 m from the camp, a short walk to reach the Watchers. The usual reason to make the trip is the Episode quest Prison Compound Infiltration Plan, which asks you to defeat 3 Azrakar Watchers. Completing it rewards 13,532 XP, Kina (Bound) x2,000, Courage Scroll (Bound) x20, Speed Scroll (Bound) x20 and Benediction Scroll (Bound) x20.
