The Balaur Dispatch Scout is a level 44 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Altgard, on the Asmodian side. It won't attack on sight, so you can pick your fights. All 37 of its marked spots sit in Impetusium Square, which makes that one area the only place you need to go when hunting it.

Teleport to the Collapsed Hall of Fame statue and walk about 180 m to Impetusium Square. Three quests send you there. Putting a Friend to Rest is a Regional quest that asks for 15 kills and pays 3,936,438 XP, 100,000 bound Kina, a Wisdom Stone, a Daevanion Crystal and the title Daditude. Standing Guard is a Duty that needs 20 kills for 1,000 Abyss Points and 50,000 bound Kina. Festival Preparations: Impetusium III is a repeatable Duty that also needs 20. Drops are slim: a Refining Stone and Soft Balaur Meat each come at 0.65%, Phantasm armour pieces at between 0.13% and 0.27%, and an Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%.
