The Black Claw Healer is a level 41 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, on the Asmodian side in Altgard. All 30 of its marked spots are in Black Claw Village, so that is the only place you need to go. It does not attack on sight, which lets you pick your targets and pull them one at a time without being swarmed on the way in.

Most trips are for quests: Herb Pouch Heist, a Regional quest, needs 3 kills and pays 1,510,373 XP, 94,000 Kina (Bound), a Wisdom Stone (Bound), a Daevanion Crystal (Bound) and the title Needs Intensive Care. The Duty quest Rampage asks for 20 kills for 1,000 Abyss Points and 50,000 Kina (Bound), and the repeatable Duty Festival Preparations: Black Claw Village II also needs 20. Along the way, Spiritstone drops at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%, with Phantasm armour pieces between 0.27% and 0.13% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%.
