The Black Claw Sentinel is a level 41 Normal creature found in the open world of Altgard, on the Asmodian side. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights rather than being dragged into them. All 36 marked spots sit in Black Claw Village, which makes the village the one place to hunt them, with every sentinel in the region gathered in a single area.

Teleport to the Secret Rendezvous Point statue, then walk about 130 m to reach Black Claw Village. Most trips are driven by quests: Weaken Village Defenses is a Duty that asks for 20 kills and rewards Abyss Points x1,000 and Kina (Bound) x50,000, while Festival Preparations: Black Claw Village I is a repeatable Duty needing 15 kills. Along the way, Spiritstone drops at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%. Phantasm gear also turns up, with Phantasm Gloves, Boots and Cloak each at 0.27%. Rarer finds include Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Luminous Gloves and Luminous Boots at 0.08% each.
