The Blades Defense Cannon is a Normal-rank creature in AION 2's open world, sitting at level 35–37 and attacking anyone who comes within range. On the Asmodian side, all 24 of its marked spots in Altgard are in Western Gribade Highland, so that single area is the only place you need to visit. Having every spawn in one zone makes it easy to work through them in a loop without moving between regions.

To get there, use the Abandoned Campsite teleport statue, which leaves you about 200 m from the cannons. Most players come for quests. Creating an Opening I is a Duty quest that asks for 20 kills and pays Abyss Points x1,000 and Kina (Bound) x50,000. Creating an Opening II raises the count to 25 kills for the same reward. Festival Preparations: Western Gribade Highland is a repeatable Duty quest that also needs 20 kills. Because the cannons attack on sight, clear the area around each one before you engage it.
