Blue Core Octaside is a level 23 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it will not attack on sight. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where every one of its 82 marked spots sits in Northern Tolbas Forest, so that area is the only place you need to go when hunting it.
