The Broken Sura Soldier is a level 32 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. It attacks on sight, so expect it to come at you as soon as you get close. Every one of its 16 marked spots in Verteron sits on Rock Tomb Hill, which makes that hill the only place worth going when you need to hunt them.
