The Burned Wild Rat is a level 22 Normal-rank creature found in the open world, and it attacks on sight. It appears only in Altgard, on the Asmodian side, and all 55 of its marked spots are in Moslan Forest. Every spawn sits in that one area, so you can hunt them steadily without travelling between zones.

The nearest teleport statue is Forest Hideout, about 240 m from the spawns. The most likely drops are Raw Leather at 5.8% and Fresh Raw Meat at 4.9%, followed by Refining Stone at 0.65%. Phantasm gear also drops: Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.27% each, Helm and Pauldrons at 0.21%, Greaves at 0.18% and Breastplate at 0.13%. The Rare-grade drops are Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Tempest Gloves at 0.12%. Two duties send you here for 20 kills each.
